  • Patent number: 9570840
Abstract: The present invention concerns a corrosion-resistant terminal (10) before being crimped to an aluminum wire (40) in which a core (41) is covered with a coating (42) and the corrosion-resistant terminal (10) includes a wire barrel (31) to be crimped to the core (41) exposed by removing the coating (42), an insulation barrel (32) to be crimped to the coating (42), and an anticorrosive (50) applied in advance to a surface of the insulation barrel (32) to be held in contact with the coating (40). According to such a configuration, since the anticorrosive (50) is applied in advance to the surface of the insulation barrel (32) to be held in contact with the coating (42) of the aluminum wire (40), the anticorrosive 50 can be filled between the insulation barrel (32) and the coating (42) of the aluminum wire (40) when crimping is performed.

  • Patent number: 9509064
Abstract: A terminal fitting (F) is such that a main body portion (10) in the form of a rectangular tube and a crimping portion (21) to be crimped to an end of a wire (Wa) are coupled by a substantially U-shaped neck portion (30) in which side plates (31) stand up from opposite side edges of a bottom plate (11), and the crimping portion (21) is so squeezed to provide a bell mouth (25) on a front end. The neck portion (30) is so formed that upper edges (32) of the side plates (31) continuously extend from a top (25A) of the bell mouth (25) and are located at height positions not lower than the top (25A). The upper edges (32) of the side plates (31) of the neck portion (30) are so inclined as to gradually increase a height from a rear end toward a front end.

  • Publication number: 20160268701
Abstract: A terminal fitting (20) includes a rectangular tubular main body (30) with a bottom wall (30A), side walls (30B, 30C) extending from opposite sides of the bottom wall (30A) and a ceiling wall (30D, 30E) facing the bottom wall (30A). A main spring (31) is in the main body (30) and resiliently contacts a mating terminal. An auxiliary spring (35) is cantilevered from the bottom wall (30A) and into the main body (30) for contacting the main spring (31) from a side opposite the mating terminal. Protection walls (36) are formed on ends of the side walls (30B, 30C) on the side of the bottom wall (30A) for laterally covering the auxiliary spring (35). Chamfered portions (37) are formed on surfaces of the protection walls (36) for contacting an inner wall (52) of a hole (51) of a collective rubber plug (50).

  • Patent number: 9236675
Abstract: A terminal fitting (10) includes a tubular connecting portion (11) into which a male tab (90) is to be inserted. A plate-shaped resiliently deflectable contact (14) is formed separately from the connecting portion (11) and extends in a front-back direction in the connecting portion (11) for contacting the male tab (90) inserted into the connecting portion (11). The connecting portion (11) includes locks (24) for locking the resilient contact (14) to the connecting portion (11). A support (42) as a deflection supporting point of the resilient contact (14) is provided on a rear end of the resilient contact portion (14). The support (42) is located behind the front ends of receiving portions (41) of the resilient contact (14) to be locked by the locks (24).

  • Patent number: 9233861
Abstract: A water-in-oil emulsion is a product form having many practical advantages. A vinylamine-based macromolecule having specific effects as papermaking chemicals and a flocculant is provided in the form of a water-in-oil emulsion having good storage stability and high performance as a flocculation treatment agent. Disclosed is a flocculation treatment agent including a water-in-oil emulsion of a water-soluble macromolecule that is produced by subjecting a water-in-oil emulsion of an aqueous poly-N-vinylcarboxylic acid amide solution coexisting with a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether to hydrolysis in the presence of an acid or a base. Preferably, the polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether is added before the hydrolysis reaction.
