  • Patent number: 10295829
Abstract: An optical element includes a plurality of partially reflecting mirrors provided in parallel to each other with an interval therebetween, and a transmittance member interposed between adjacent two partially reflecting mirrors of the plurality of partially reflecting mirrors. The transmittance member has an incidence surface on which an image light and an external light are incident through a light guiding body, and an exit surface from which the image light and the external light are exited to an observer side. Each of the plurality of partially reflecting mirrors is disposed so as to be inclined with respect to the incidence surface and the exit surface, and a reflectance of light incident at a relatively small incidence angle with respect to surfaces of each partially reflecting mirror is lower than a reflectance of light incident at a relatively large incidence angle.

  • Publication number: 20190101386
Abstract: An electrolyte membrane thickness measurement apparatus includes a detecting medium supplying portion configured to emit a detecting medium, a detecting portion configured to detect a metal catalyst, and an analyzing unit. A thickness direction profile of a detection signal is generated by the detecting portion, and first and second inflection points are determined in the thickness direction profile based on the intensity of the detection signal by the analyzing unit. The distance between the first and second inflection points is evaluated as the thickness of the electrolyte membrane by the analyzing unit.

  • Publication number: 20180284446
Abstract: A light guide system includes a transparent light guide portion that guides light beams incident from one end side to a light-emitting portion. The light guide portion includes a plurality of partial reflection surfaces that are disposed between a first surface and a second surface which are parallel to each other and are inclined at the same angle such that a first end portion is positioned closer to the one end side than a second end portion is. Intervals between the partial reflection surfaces in a first direction are widened from the one end side toward another end side. In a state where the light guide portion is disposed in front of an eye of an observer, the light guide portion is inclined such that the another end side is further away from a face of the observer than the one end side is.
