The inrush current limiting element is configured to limit an inrush current to the boosting converter. The detection circuit is configured to detect whether an output voltage of the boosting converter has reached a set voltage. The switch element is configured to short-circuit the inrush current limiting element. The control circuit is configured to operate the switch element according to the detection to short-circuit the inrush current limiting element.
