  • Publication number: 20170068412
Abstract: A computer device displays some amount of an electronic document which includes an object. The object correlates with both a first and second portion of the electronic document. The first and second portions are different. The device detects a first input gesture which is located within a predetermined distance of the object. The first portion is determined to correlate with both the object and the first input gesture. In response to determining this correlation, the first portion is displayed. After displaying the first portion, the device detects a second input gesture. The second input gesture is within the predetermined distance of the same object. The second input gesture includes a different motion than the first input gesture. The device determines that the second portion correlates with both the object and the second gesture. In response to this determination, the second portion is displayed.

  • Publication number: 20170024609
Abstract: A computer characterizes an area of interest in an event attended by an audience by receiving behavior information for an audience attending the event and event activity information for one or more areas in the event venue. The computer analyzes the audience behavior and event activity to determine the areas in the event venue to which the audience pays attention. The computer determines the objects in the areas in the event venue and determines one or more areas of interest based on the areas in the event venue to which the audience pays attention and the objects in the areas in the event venue to which the audience pays attention. The computer calculates a characteristic of the areas of interest in the event based on: the areas of interest, the objects in the areas in the event venue, and the analyzed audience behavior information related to the areas of interest.

  • Publication number: 20160366723
Abstract: A method for transferring data among communication devices. The method includes a first communication device receiving, from a second communication device, data to be transferred and a condition defining a range of data transfer. The first communication device then determines whether a third communication device satisfies the condition defining the range of data transfer. On condition that the first communication device determines that the third communication device satisfies the condition, the first communication device directly transfers the data and the condition to the third communication device.

  • Publication number: 20110281165
Abstract: A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery includes a positive electrode that contains a lithium composite oxide as an active material. The cut-off voltage of charge is set to 4.25 to 4.5 V. In a region where the positive electrode and the negative electrode face each other, the Wp/Wn ratio R is in the range from 1.3 to 19 where Wp is the weight of the active material contained in the positive electrode per unit area and Wn is the weight of the active material contained in the negative electrode per unit area. This battery is excellent in safety, cycle characteristics, and storage characteristics even when the cut-off voltage of charge in a normal operating condition is set to 4.25 V or more.
