  • Patent number: 10033262
Abstract: A gate voltage control device includes a detection circuit, a plurality of isolation transformers including primary coils and secondary coils, a primary circuit connected to the primary coils, secondary circuits connected to the secondary coils, and voltage regulator circuits connected to the secondary circuits and gates. The detection circuit transmits signal corresponding to detected physical quantity to the primary circuit. The primary circuit cyclically performs applying a variable voltage in a waveform that corresponds to the signal transmitted from the detection circuit between both ends of each primary coil. Each secondary circuit converts the variable voltage generated in the corresponding secondary coil to a direct voltage.

  • Patent number: 8653805
Abstract: A duty ratio/voltage conversion circuit that converts the duty ratio of an input signal into voltage level and outputs the voltage level includes: an input terminal to which the input signal is input; a first CR integrating circuit that integrates the input signal; a load resistor a first end of which is connected to an output point of the first CR integrating circuit, and a second end of which is grounded; and an output terminal connected to the load resistor. The first CR integrating circuit includes a first pathway that has a first resistor, and a second pathway in which a phase inversion portion, a second resistor and a first capacitor are connected in series, and is a parallel circuit in which first and second ends of the first pathway are connected to first and second ends, respectively, of the second pathway.

  • Patent number: 6400589
Abstract: The invention provides a circuit for supplying electric power to a load using a high voltage battery, the circuit supplying a dark current when the load is not being operated. A high voltage load and a low voltage load are attached to a battery and electric power is supplied to the low voltage load through a main DC-DC converter and a sub DC-DC converter. When an ignition switch is OFF, only the sub converter supplies the dark current to the low voltage load and the main DC-DC converter is turned OFF. When the ignition switch is ON, the main DC-DC converter supplies required electric power. Since a low-capacity sub DC-DC converter supplies the dark current, the battery discharge can be prevented.

  • Publication number: 20010008166
Abstract: An apparatus and method for manufacturing a solid polymer film with a catalyst sufficiently deposited thereon preheats a solid polymer film and then hot presses this solid polymer film together with a catalyst carrier film. Hot pressing the solid polymer film while it is soft from preheating increases the bond strength between the solid polymer film and the catalyst such that separation of the catalyst from the solid polymer film during film separation can be prevented. Moreover, keeping the catalyst carrier film cool prior to hot pressing and making the temperature on the catalyst carrier film side slightly lower that than on the solid polymer film side during hot pressing inhibits an increase in binding strength between the film and the catalyst, and thereby improves separation of the film.
