  • Publication number: 20140220407
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a solid type secondary battery and a solid type secondary battery manufactured using the same, in which positive and negative electrodes include silicon carbide and silicon nitride, nonaqueous electrolyte includes ion exchange resin or ion exchange inorganic substance, the method including the steps of manufacturing a positive electrode print layer 2, a negative electrode print layer 3, and a nonaqueous electrolyte print layer 4 by mixing each pigment powder of 100 parts by weight for materials of the positive electrode layer, the negative electrode layer, and the nonaqueous electrolyte layer with water-soluble silicon resin of 1 to 50 parts by weight and water of 10 to 100 parts by weight; sequentially performing layered printing for each print layer; and drying the stack.

  • Patent number: 6050247
Abstract: A catalyst for improving combustion of fluid fuels which comprises three layers. An inner or core layer of complex oxides of a mixture of Mn, Ni, Co and Cu; an intermediate layer containing alumina and silicate and optionally silicon carbide and an outer layer comprising a fired mixture of a Pt--Pd,Rh alloy on Al.sub.2 O.sub.3, Mo--Al.sub.2 O.sub.3, mixed oxides of La--Sr--Co and at least one of Vanadium oxide on alumina and Ag on Alumina. The catalyst can contact the fluid fuel in a storage tank, in a pipeline or in a combustion chamber. The invention also comprises combustion engines which incorporate the described catalyst.

  • Patent number: 5763351
Abstract: A fluid fuel reforming ceramic catalyst comprising a core 2 of a complex oxide ceramic of transition metals, an intermediate layer 3 of an alumina-based silicate ceramic covering the core 2 and an outer layer 4 of a ceramic containing noble metals prepared by forming the core by firing the complex oxide ceramic of transition metals, coating the intermediate layer of the alumina-based silicate ceramic over the core, and coating the outer layer of the ceramic containing noble metals over the intermediate layer increases the octane number of fluid fuels, enhances their combustion efficiency, and decreases the noxious substances in exhaust gases.

  • Patent number: 3986297
Abstract: A sealed double tank assembly for use in artificially cultivating photosynthetic substances such as chlorella. Accelerated growth of highly pure culture is obtained by means of a combination of a plurality of nozzles to emit mixed gases of carbon dioxide and ammonia, sources of light for intermittent application of light substantially similar to natural light, and agitator vanes for agitation of culture fluid in an inner tank, and an outer tank for temperature control.
