  • Patent number: 7036758
Abstract: A crushing chamber is formed between a concave liner and a mantle liner. The concave liner has a first area surface having a length of T to ?2T; a second and a third area surface; which surfaces are gradually inclined from the side of the inlet for the crushing chamber. The mantle liner has a first tapered surface having a length of greater than T, a cross angle of less than 20° and an inclination angle of greater than 60°; a second tapered surface having a length of greater than 0.5T and a cross angle of 5° to 10°; and a third tapered surface having an inclination angle of 45° to 50°. The area surfaces as well as the tapered surfaces are continuously arranged in a curvilinear manner. The shapes enhance the throughput of goods in a good fine-crushing performance, reducing the uneven abrasion due to the action.

  • Publication number: 20020054151
Abstract: An information processing apparatus having a jog dial in which plural operation possibilities can be allocated to one operation of a jog dial to enlarge the range of operation in case of employing the jog dial to permit a user to recognize instantly that the apparatus is in the jog dial operating mode. On detection of one-click rotation of the jog dial by one click at step S2 and on detection of the pushing of the jog dial at step S3, the operating mode is switched to an operating mode in meeting with the operation on the jog dial. On detection of rotation by one click of the jog dial at step S2, an item list of an application software installed is displayed (launcher display) at step S7. On detection of pushing of the jog dial at step S3, the category classification of the application software installed is displayed at step S4.

  • Patent number: 5857630
Abstract: There is provided a jaw crusher capable of making unnecessary repair of abrasion or settling of a contact surface between a side frame receiving plate provided on a side frame receiving a crushing reaction caused by crushing of rock or the like, and a toggle block wedge supporting the side frame receiving plate through a toggle block. A liner mounting groove 12a is provided in a lower surface of a side frame receiving plate 12, and a liner 15 comprising a pressure receiving plate 15a fitted in the liner mounting groove 12a and a vertical plate 15b in contact with a surface on the swing jaw side of the side frame receiving plate 12 is mounted on the side frame receiving plate 12 by use of a liner latch 16 having a portion in contact with the upper surface of the side frame receiving plate 12 and the surface on the counter swing jaw side so as to replace only the liner 15.

  • Patent number: 5694338
Abstract: An angle .theta. formed between a horizontal line passing through the contact point P and a slant surface of a mantle based on an empirical rule corresponding to the vertical distance L ranging from the reference line S to the contact point P of the mantle continued to vary due to abrasion is inputted in advance into an angle inputting and outputting device, the angle .theta. corresponding to the vertical distance L detected by a distance sensing device in reference to an angle inputted value is selected and at the same time the selected angle is inputted into the distance calculating device, a product of a distance difference .DELTA.L between the contact point P of the concave and the contact point P of the mantle and a cosine value of the angle .theta. is calculated by the distance calculating device, resulting in that an inputting operation for the angle .theta. can be eliminated, so that a stop time of the cone crusher is reduced and an operating efficiency of the cone crusher is improved.
