  • Patent number: 5570409
Abstract: An apparatus for X-ray fluoroscopy and fluorography includes not only a supporting column for supporting X-ray radiating and detecting devices opposite each other, a top board supporting member supporting a top board above the X-ray detecting device, and a base for supporting the top board supporting member which is movable vertically and rotatable around a horizontal axis, but also a rotary member which is disposed between the top board supporting member and the base and is rotatable around the horizontal axis, a device for rotationally driving the rotary member, guide rails extending vertically and attached to a side surface of the rotary member facing the base, a parallel-moving base attached to the top board supporting member and movable along the guide rails, and a parallel-moving device for moving the parallel-moving base vertically.

  • Patent number: 5544217
Abstract: A mobile medical X-ray apparatus has the entire weight of its X-ray source and X-ray detector as well as their supporting arm supported by a vertically movable support column on a mobile table. A lever and a member for supporting a normally compressed spring are attached to the table rotatably, and they are also connected to each other rotatably with respect to each other around a connector shaft such that the force of the spring tends to rotate the lever in the direction of causing the support column to move upward. The spring constant of the spring and the relative positions of the lever and the spring-supporting member are determined such that the support column can be moved manually upward or downward.

  • Patent number: 5450466
Abstract: A radiographic apparatus includes a C-shaped arm for supporting an X-ray tube at one end thereof and an image receiving unit at the other end, and an arm holder for slidably supporting the C-shaped arm for rotation about a center of an arc thereof. The arm holder has a hollow shaft supported therein to extend substantially parallel to an axis of the center of the arc, and a take-up drum supported on the hollow shaft. A drum drive device is operable in response to rotation of the C-shaped arm to rotate the take-up drum. A plurality of cables are connected to the X-ray tube and the image receiving unit, respectively. The cables are gathered into a bundle adjacent the X-ray tube or the image receiving unit, the bundle being guided by an outer periphery of the C-shaped arm to be wound on the take-up drum. The bundle further extends through the take-up drum and the hollow shaft into and then out of the hollow shaft.

  • Patent number: 5351282
Abstract: A mobile X-ray apparatus having a carriage driven in a direction in which forces are applied to a pair of right and left control bars operable without influencing each other. The right and left control bars are arranged symmetrically with respect to the direction of movement of the carriage. Each control bar is supported to be pivotable independently of the other in a substantially horizontal or vertical plane. A neutralizing mechanism is provided for maintaining each control bar in a neutral position when the control bar is free from an external force. Position detectors are disposed adjacent a forward position and a rearward position of each control bar, respectively, to detect displacement thereof. Each control bar has an equivalent capacitor structure having an electrostatic capacity variable when the operator grips the control bar. This structure provides a safety mechanism for allowing the carriage to move only when the operator grips the control bar.
