  • Publication number: 20240183625
Abstract: An aspect of a heat exchange unit of a refrigeration cycle device, includes a housing having openings, and gripping members attached to the openings. Each gripping member has a main body having an inner space that opens to an outside, and a plurality of claws that protrude from the main body and that hook to a circumferential edge of the openings. The plurality of claws include a plurality of first claw portions, and at least one second claw portion that is provided on an opposite side to the plurality of first claw portions in a predetermined direction that intersects the opening direction. At least one claw portion out of the plurality of first claw portions and the at least one second claw portion is an elastic claw that is cantilevered by the main body and is elastically deformable in the predetermined direction with respect to the main body.

  • Patent number: 11929054
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a soundproof material having a practically useful high-level sound absorption coefficient that while maintaining thinness, and further having an expanded sound-absorbable frequency region. A means for solving the problem is a soundproof material comprising: a surface cover layer composed of a fiber material; a back-surface layer laminated onto the surface cover layer, and composed of a porous material with voids interconnected with each other; and a joining layer laminated between the surface cover layer and the back-surface layer, and composed of a joining material, wherein the fiber material has an average fiber diameter of 1 to 10 ?m and an air-permeation volume of 5 to 200 cm3/cm2·sec, and wherein the joining layer has a joint area percentage of 50 to 95% with respect to the entire surface where the surface cover layer and the back-surface layer face each other.

  • Publication number: 20220076653
Abstract: A control method of sound absorption characteristics of a soundproof material is provided to change the sound absorption characteristics of the soundproof material while equally maintaining constituent materials, total thickness, and total weight of the soundproof material. The soundproof material includes: a surface cover layer composed of a fiber material; a back-surface layer laminated onto the surface cover layer, and composed of a porous material with voids interconnected with each other; and one or more joining layers laminated between the surface cover layer and the back-surface layer, each joining layer being composed of a joining material, having a total joint area percentage of less than 100% with respect to the entire contact surface between the surface cover layer and the back-surface layer. The sound absorption characteristics are changed by changing the areas of the joining layers.

  • Patent number: 7754254
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for providing a coating comprising maltitol which can prevent the coating from being chipped without using reinforcement or binder at low cost and at short times. The present invention provides a method for providing a coating for a core material, which comprises: (i) a first coating step which comprises coating the core material with an aqueous solution comprising maltitol and a crystallization inhibitor which inhibits crystallization of maltitol in an amount more than 3% by weight and not more than 6% by weight based on the weight of total solid content of sugar alcohols including maltitol in the solution, (ii) a second coating step which comprises coating the core material which has been coated by the first coating step with a powder maltitol composition, and (iii) a drying step which comprises drying the thus coated core material.

  • Publication number: 20070009595
Abstract: A powdery sugar alcohol composition which is useful as a tableting excipient is provided. The composition of the invention consists essentially of a crystalline sugar alcohol and an amorphous sugar alcohol, provided that the composition comprises 2-12 wt % of amorphous sorbitol. By employing the sugar alcohol composition as tableting excipient, pharmaceutical or confectionery tablets with enough hardness can be obtained by direct tableting under relatively low pressures.
