  • Publication number: 20230364460
Abstract: A biomechanical optimization device is provided. There is an adjustable frame, a plurality of resistance bands and a motorless treadmill. One end of a resistance band attaches to a user and the other end anchors to the frame. This allows the user to engage with and move the belt of the motorless treadmill. By attaching resistance bands to various parts of the user's body and anchoring the resistance bands to the frame at various positions and angles, the user is able to focus on strengthening or rehabilitating certain muscle groups.

  • Publication number: 20230347199
Abstract: A threaded weight bar and collar is provided. There is a weight bar with threaded ends and a handle portion, weight plates and a spring collar. The combination of a threaded bar and spring collar allows a user to both slide the spring collar in place for quick and easy placement and removal and rotate the spring collar around the threaded end to tighten the seal. Various combinations of weight bar lengths, weight plate configurations and spring collar shapes and sizes may be used according to a user's preference.

  • Patent number: 11697044
Abstract: A group exercise device is provided. The device has a top where a person exercising can obtain balance and positional support during the exercise routine. In addition, the exercise device provides different points of attachment for exercise units. The attachment points vary in vertical placement measured from the floor such that individuals of different builds and heights can jointly use the unit during either solo or group routines. The exercise device of the present invention promotes group interaction during an exercise routine by providing a stable attachment point for multiple users of exercise units, such as resistance bands, and a balance bar accessible in a communal fashion.

  • Patent number: 11491359
Abstract: A portable exercise bar is provided. The bar is particularly suited to individuals wishing to obtain balance and positional support during an exercise routine, especially routines involving the lifting and balancing of the user's legs. The bar is useful for practicing ballet and dance moves in temporary environments where there is a door that can be used for supporting the device. Thus, the bar is configured for secure, yet removeable, attachment to a common door. Further, the exercise bar of the present invention is lightweight and can be conveniently packed for modern travel needs.
