  • Patent number: 11415145
Abstract: A vertical pump structure is adapted to be mounted on a water cooling tank. The vertical pump structure comprises a pump casing, an upper shaft seal, a shaft and a lower shaft seal assembly. An upper annular flange and a lower annular flange are formed on an inner surface of the pump casing. A drain space is formed between the two annular flanges. A drain hole communicates with the draining space and an internal space of the water cooling tank. The shaft is inserted through the two annular flanges. Two gaps, which are formed between the shaft and the two annular flanges, are respectively sealed by the upper shaft seal and the lower shaft seal assembly. Therefore, even if the lower shaft seal assembly fails, the upper shaft seal can still prevent leaking fluid from polluting the work place.

  • Patent number: 10180141
Abstract: A pump has a main body. An assembling part is formed in the main body and has an assembling chamber. A mounting part is formed in the assembling chamber and has a discharging chamber. An influent hole and an effluent hole are respectively defined through an inner surface of the discharging chamber. A storage hole is defined through the assembling chamber and communicates with the effluent hole. A mounting cover is mounted on the mounting part. A motor is mounted on the main body. An impeller is located in the discharging chamber and connected with the motor. A covering assembly is mounted on the assembling part and has a storage chamber that communicates with the storage hole. When working fluid passes through the effluent hole, some of the working fluid enters the storage chamber via the storage hole, eliminating the need to additionally process the mounting cover.

  • Patent number: 8302971
Abstract: A sealing device for a pump has a sleeve, a rotary collar, a first O-ring, a stationary collar, a mounting bracket, a second O-ring, a mounting collar and a locking pin. The rotary collar, stationary collar, mounting bracket and mounting collar are mounted around the sleeve. The first O-ring is mounted between the sleeve and the rotary collar. The second O-ring is mounted between the mounting bracket and the stationary collar. The locking pin is mounted securely between the mounting bracket and the stationary collar. The O-rings provide multi-sealing functions. The locking pin prevents relative rotation between the mounting bracket and stationary collar.

  • Patent number: 8109741
Abstract: A pump has a body and a pressurizing barrel. The body has an outlet tube and a magnetic check valve mounted in the outlet tube to prevent a back-flow current from damaging an impeller mounted inside the body. When closed, the magnetic check valve actuates a magnetic switch to signal external devices. The pressurizing barrel has a tank containing liquid for compensating a pressure in the body and a casing. The casing is externally mounted on the pressurizing barrel, defines a notch for receiving a circuit board and has a detachable cap to facilitate maintenance of the circuit board. Accordingly, the pump effectively prevents impeller and motor damage due to the back-flow current. Moreover, the casing facilitates maintenance of the circuit board.
