  • Patent number: 11012248
Abstract: A power over Ethernet (PoE)-based redundant power management method manages a redundant power supply electrically connectable to plural network devices through plural twisted pairs respectively, so as to transmit first electricity and digital information to each network device. The redundant power supply receives a power demand message from, and is informed of the electric power needed by, each network device electrically connected to the redundant power supply. In response to determining the second electricity each such network device has been receiving is interrupted, the redundant power supply outputs to each such network device the corresponding first electricity equal to the electric power needed by the network device through a corresponding Ethernet port. In response to receiving a power-off request message from any such network device, the redundant power supply stops outputting to that network device the corresponding first electricity.

  • Publication number: 20120049622
Abstract: An offshore compound renewable power plant, which is built in an on-sea plant site, includes marine platforms set up in the on-sea plant site in a spaced manner and wind power generation systems respectively installed on the marine platforms for receiving winds to generate electrical power. An ocean energy based electrical power generation system or a marine production system is further included in the on-sea plant site, whereby the wind power generation systems and the ocean energy based electrical power generation system can collectively supply an output of electrical power together, or the marine production system receives electrical power from the wind power generation systems for performing a desired operation. With such an arrangement, diverse operations can be performed in the on-sea plant site to advance the efficiency of development and exploitation thereof.

  • Publication number: 20100127642
Abstract: A cluster control device, which is provided for controlling street lamps, includes a plurality of control modules and at least one master controller. The control modules are respectively connected to the street lamps that are included in a power supply circuit. Each control module functions to control the respective street lamp in accordance with control parameters stored in a memory. The master controller is set in communication with each of the control modules to read and write control parameters stored in the memory of each control module for controlling all the street lamps in a clustered manner.

  • Patent number: 5844476
Abstract: An automobile deceleration indicating device includes a signal generation unit which is coupled to the engine system for generating a signal of which the frequency is in general proportional to the operation speed of the engine, an amplifying circuit for amplifying the signal from the signal generation unit, a shaping circuit for generating a series of pulses from the amplified signal so that the frequency of the pulses representing the operation speed of the engine, and a micro-processor based circuit which receives the pulses and applies a control signal to the stoplight via power amplification circuit when the frequency of the pulses is decreased which indicates that the engine is slowed down.

  • Patent number: 5755580
Abstract: A universal cable connecting box for a vehicle is disclosed. The cable connecting box includes a box body and a circuit board mounted in the box. Multiple groups of connectors are soldered on soldered points of the circuit board as a matrix. The soldered points of the same row are interconnected with each other, while the soldered points of different rows are isolated from each other. Common cables of different equipments of the car are connected in the same connector so as to simplify the layout and connection of the cables and collectively manage the cables for facilitating later service work.
