Two or more pipe coupling parts are disposed in sequence from a side of an air Inlet of the adapter to a side of an air outlet of the adapter, and each pipe coupling part is provided with a protruding circular ring with a diameter larger than that of the respective pipe coupling part at a root thereof. An air guide structure Is disposed in the adapter, a pipe is fitted over the pipe coupling part and Is abutted against the protruding circular ring located at the root to be fixed, and the air guide structure Is engaged to an inside of the protruding circular ring of the adapter.

Abstract: An adapter structure of a ventilating fan includes an oval metal adapter and an oval metal shutter provided in the metal adapter having a shape corresponding to the oval metal adapter. A symmetry axis of a longitudinal cross-section of the oval metal shutter in the horizontal direction is a major axis, and a symmetry axis in the vertical direction is a minor axis. The shutter rotates through a rotating shaft in the metal adapter, a curve point is provided between a projection point of a center line of the rotating shaft on the minor axis and a tail of the shutter a curved portion of the shutter is formed by curving the shutter from the curve point to an inner surface side of the shutter along the minor axis. Vibration of the shutter is suppressed in a position where the shutter is opened and turbulent flow is prevented.

Abstract: A ventilating fan, includes a frame provided with an opening, a fan disposed in the frame, a panel covering the opening of the frame and allowing air passing through and a lighting device disposed in the panel. The lighting device includes a lampshade, in which a lighting part is placed, and a circuitry box of a controller for controlling the lighting part. A gap is formed in a connection between the circuitry box and the panel such that a water discharge structure communicated with outside of the circuitry box is formed. Advantages of the present invention includes that a gap communicated with outside of the circuitry box is provided in a connection between the circuitry box and the panel, which allows water to be discharged through the gap from inside of the panel, even water would enter into inside of the circuitry box, thus safety operation of the product is ensured.

Abstract: A lighting device for a ventilating fan comprising a power pack module and a light-emitting module composed of a lighting louver and a radiator, wherein first positioning lugs projected out of a horizontal projection plane of the power pack module are formed on the top of the power pack module and fixed on the light-emitting module by screws; and a through hole which a cable, used for supplying power for a light-emitting unit, runs through is respectively formed on a side face of the radiator making contact with the power pack module and a side face of the power pack module making contact with the radiator. The lighting device for the ventilating fan further comprises hooks formed on the radiator and a second positioning lug formed on the power pack module, wherein the hooks and the second positioning lug are used for fixing the lighting device on the ventilating fan.

Abstract: A ventilating fan includes a sirocco fan disposed in a box-shaped body and an adapter connected to an air outlet of the sirocco fan. The sirocco fan is composed of two opposite scroll plates with scroll shapes and a casing plate sandwiched between the two scroll plates. An overall air inlet of the sirocco fan is disposed on the first scroll plate and a central line of the air outlet of the adapter is offset towards the second scroll plate. The present invention is advantageous in that no turbulence is generated at the adapter and the wind amount of the ventilating fan is thus ensured and noise is reduced. Therefore, the present invention can provide a small air blowing device with high efficiency and improve stability of performance of the product.
