  • Patent number: 5177794
Abstract: A moving object detection apparatus is disclosed and includes a TV camera for capturing images in a monitoring zone. An image changing area is defined within a rectangular region, and is extracted from image signals corresponding to the images captured by the TV camera. From the image changing area, horizontal projective data is obtained. The horizontal projective data is compared with a standard horizontal projective data corresponding to a standard moving object to distinguish the moving object.

  • Patent number: 5134472
Abstract: A moving object detecting apparatus is disclosed and includes a TV camera for generating an image signal in accordance with a scene including a moving object and a fixed object. A CPU takes the difference, between the image signals generated by the TV camera at different times to generate a subtracted image signal. CPU then sets a pointing window over the subtracted image corresponding to the subtracted image signal which includes an image corresponding to the moving object. A CPU analyzes signals generated by the TV camera, within the pointing window, and detects an image area corresponding to the moving object.

  • Patent number: 5099324
Abstract: An area to be monitored is picked up by a TV camera, and data of the picked-up image is converted into digital data in units of frames and stored in frame memories. The image data stored in the frame memories are read out, and a change region is extracted as an image of a moving object. The extracted moving object image has a plurality of dispersed regions including a shadow image. Only the dispersed regions corresponding to the moving object are extracted by setting a frame, and a noise image including the shadow image is removed.

  • Patent number: 4791496
Abstract: With an audiovisual information presentation system, pictorial image data, drawn on paper sheets in advance and to be optically projected on a screen using an optical projector, is sequentially sensed by a TV camea. Speech corresponding to the image data is input through a microphone. A data storage unit stores the image data and corresponding audio data together with code data for identifying pairs of image and audio data. When a search mode is designated, a desired pair of image and audio data is automatically searched from the data storage unit under the control of a CPU, and is reproduced by electrical monitor display units and a loudspeaker unit independent of image display on the projection screen.

  • Patent number: 4525597
Abstract: A ceramic leadless package for integrated circuits, which comprises a ceramic substrate having first and second opposite surfaces, a plurality of ceramic projections protruding from the first surface, a metallized layer provided on the end surface of each of the projections, an electrode portion for an electronic device provided in the central portion of the second surface, a plurality of metallized layers extending from the circumference of the substrate toward the electrode portion, and a side metallized layer connecting the above metallized portions in the first and second surfaces to each other. In the package of this type, the metallized layers of the first and second surfaces are concave and convex at a position corresponding to each projection, respectively, and a greater part of the metallized layers of the second surface are covered with an insulating layer.
