    Abstract: Some embodiments relate to a semiconductor structure. The semiconductor structure includes a first substrate including a first plurality of conductive pads that are laterally spaced apart from one another on the first substrate. A first plurality of conductive bumps are disposed on the first plurality of conductive pads, respectively. A multi-tiered solder-resist structure is disposed on the first substrate and arranged between the first plurality of conductive pads. The multi-tiered solder-resist structure has different widths at a different heights over the first substrate and contacts sidewalls of the first plurality of conductive bumps to separate the first plurality of conductive bumps from one another.

    Abstract: This invention is related to a method of preparing a fermented crude extract having angiotensin converting enzyme inhibiting activity. The method comprises the following steps. A material is dried, milled, and then mixed with water in a weight ratio of 1:11 to form a mixture solution. 0.1 vol % ?-amylase is used to perform hydrolysis at 95° C. for 1 hour. 0.1 vol % glucoamylase is used to perform hydrolysis at 65° C. for 4 hours. A lactic acid bacterium is added in a culture medium containing the mixture solution to perform fermentation for 24 hours. The culture medium is centrifuged to take the supernatant thereof, and the supernatant is boiled for 20 minutes. The supernatant is filtered to obtain a fermented crude extract having angiotensin converting enzyme inhibiting activity.

    Abstract: An immunomodulatory isolated Lactobacillus strain is disclosed. The isolated Lactobacillus strain (accession No. CCTCC M 2011279) is purified from plant fermentation products. The isolated Lactobacillus strain, whatever itself or the composition including the same, can specifically enhance the amount of nitric oxide (NO), tumor necrosis factor-? (TNF-?) and interleukin-6 (IL-6), and also specifically enhance phagocytosis of macrophages, thereby enhancing the immunomodulatory ability of a host. Moreover, the isolated Lactobacillus strain of the present invention itself, or a food or its ingredient, a food supplement or a medical composition including the isolated Lactobacillus strain, can enhance the immunomodulatory ability by oral administration.

First and second slots are opened between the primary coils and the first and second secondary coils respectively, and both slots cut into an internal through hole. When a second core of the core set is placed at one end of the hollow support, extensions at both ends of the second core go through both sides of the first core, together with first and second protrusive parts between the two extensions that are installed within the first and second slots and combined with the first core to form multiple magnetic paths.
