The power transforming circuit receives an external power via an input terminal, transforms the external power into a driving power, and outputs the driving power via an output terminal. The receiving end of the power cable is electrically connected to the output terminal. The control circuit is electrically connected to the power transforming circuit and the two wires. The control circuit detects a voltage grading status between the two wires, and generates a switch signal according to the voltage grading status to the power transforming circuit to modulate the driving power.

The transparent adhesive wraps around the soldering section, the guide trench and the two lugs, and wraps around a light emitting surface of the LED. The light-transmitting cap covers the LED with the LED at the opening. The soldering section is located between the two guide pieces, and the transparent adhesive attaches the LED to the light-transmitting cap.

The joining sleeve includes two insert holes. Electrical conductors are disposed within the joining sleeve. Each electrical conductor extends from one of the two insert holes to the other insert hole. The insert portion is inserted into one of the two insert holes, to have the pins respectively contact the electrical conductors. Through the combination of the joining sleeve and the plug, two electrical cables can be quickly connected in a serial manner.

The power converter outputs a driving voltage to drive a light string to emit light. The driving voltage continuously increases toward a maximum value. One end of the reference light source is electrically connected to the light string, and the other end is electrically grounded. The light shield member has an opaque chamber, and the reference light source and luminance detection element are disposed in the chamber. The comparison circuit receives a luminance signal from the detection element and determines whether the luminance signal strength is greater than a reference signal strength. When the luminance signal strength is greater than the reference signal strength, the controller sends an interrupt signal to the power converter to set an output value of the driving voltage.
