    Abstract: An electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding package structure, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electronic assembly are provided. The EMI shielding package structure includes a carrier, at least one chip mounted on a first board surface of the carrier, an encapsulant formed on the carrier and packaging the at least one chip, an EMI shielding layer formed on an outer surface of the encapsulant, and an insulating layer. The insulating layer includes a spraying portion and a capillary permeating portion. The spraying portion is formed at least part of an outer surface of the EMI shielding layer. The capillary permeating portion is formed by extending from a bottom end of the spraying portion toward a second board surface of the carrier through capillarity, and the capillary permeating portion covers a bottom edge of the EMI shielding layer.

The application server determines an end position of the end device according to the path loss information and a plurality of network positions of the network devices.

The LPWAN server stores information related to a plurality of LPWAN terminals, and defines a delay parameter for each of the plurality of LPWAN terminals according to the information. The LPWAN server also transmits the plurality of delay parameters to the plurality of LPWAN terminals via an LPWAN gateway, and each of the plurality of the LPWAN terminals delays its uplink transmission according to the corresponding delay parameter.

    Abstract: A mobile device and an uplink data transmission method thereof are provided. A heterogeneous network system includes an LTE base station, an NR base station and the mobile device. The mobile station receives an RRC message, which includes a data duplication cease threshold, from the LTE base station. The mobile device determines an under-transmission data parameter within a buffer time period. The mobile station determines whether the under-transmission data parameter exceeds the data duplication cease threshold. If negative, the mobile device initiates a data duplication transmission procedure which includes: transmitting main data to the LTE base station directly; and transmitting copy data of the main data to the LTE base station via the NR base station. If positive, the mobile device ceases the data duplication transmission procedure.

    Abstract: The disclosure involves a device and a method of generating a self-interference cancellation signal for a full-duplex communication device. The device is configured to: detect a strength value of a self-interference signal; adjust a strength value of a first reference signal to the strength value of the self-interference signal to generate a second reference signal; adjust the second reference signal according to a predetermined adjustment parameter corresponding to each of a circle of phase angle values respectively to generate a plurality of third reference signals; determine a difference between each of the third reference signals and a receiving signal of the full-duplex communication device including the self-interference signal; and determine one of the third reference signals that corresponds to the smallest of the differences as a self-interference cancellation signal for canceling the self-interference signal.

The base station determines a first receiving performance of the first mobile station according to the interference quality value and adjusts an antenna setting of the antennas according to the first receiving performance.

    Abstract: An FUR receiver network device and an FDR data transmission method thereof are provided. The receiver network device is used in a network system, and the network system further includes a transmitter network device. There is an FDR connection between the receiver network device and the transmitter network device in an unlicensed band. The receiver network device receives a radio signal in the unlicensed band and retrieves a transmitter signal of the transmitter network device from the radio signal. The receiver network device calculates a differential signal between the radio signal and the transmitter signal and determines whether a signal energy of the differential signal is less than a threshold. If positive, the receiver network device and the transmitter network device perform an FDR data transmission therebetween.

    Abstract: A small cell, a macro cell and a transmission assist method are provided. The small cell includes a transceiver and a processor. The processor generates a radio link failure (RLF) indication message when determining that an RLF count in a licensed band between the small cell and a user equipment reaches a threshold. The transceiver transmits the RLF indication message to the macro cell, and receives a modification request message from the macro cell. The modification message includes resource configuration information, and the resource configuration information indicates an unlicensed band radio resource of an unlicensed band. After confirming via the transceiver that the unlicensed band radio resource is available for data transmission with the user equipment, the processor generates a modification request acknowledge message, and transmits the modification request acknowledge message to the macro cell via the transceiver.
