  • Patent number: 10698762
Abstract: A data reading method for a rewritable non-volatile memory module is provided. The method includes receiving a reading command from a host system; identifying a target physical unit of the rewritable non-volatile memory module according to the reading command, and identifying a program erase cycle value, a first timestamp, a second timestamp of the target physical unit, wherein the first timestamp records a time at which the target physical unit is programmed last, and the second timestamp records a time at which the target physical unit is read last; and selecting a target reading voltage set among a plurality of reading voltage set according to the program erase cycle value, the first timestamp, the second timestamp, so as to read a target data from the target physical unit.

  • Patent number: 7097339
Abstract: A light source inside a back light module comprising a red light-emitting diode, a green light-emitting diode, a blue light-emitting diode, a diffusion device, some supporting elements and reflectors is provided. The red, green and blue light-emitting diodes mount on a holder. The diffusion device is set up over the holder. The diffusion device comprises a transparent body and a plurality of fine particles distributed within the transparent body. The supporting elements are positioned between the diffusion device and the holder. The reflectors are attached to the surface on each side of the holder and the diffusion device. Red, green and blue lights from various light-emitting diodes are thoroughly mixed inside the diffusion device to form a uniform white light.

  • Publication number: 20020148658
Abstract: A power driving device is incorporated in a cart for assisting in moving the cart. The power driving device includes a motor mechanically coupled to at least a wheel of the cart for driving the wheel. A torque detector is mounted in the cart to detect a torque resulting from a force applied by a user to move the cart and to generate an electrical signal corresponding to the torque detected. The signal is applied to a controller that is electrically connected to the motor. The controller controls the operation of the motor based on the signal received thereby ensuring a proper operation of the motor. A power supply is electrically connected to the controller for powering the power driving device and the motor. The controller controls the power supplied to the motor and thus protects the power supply from over-discharge.
