    Abstract: A distance measuring system includes a light emitting member, an optical member, an image sensing member, and a computing member. The light emitting member provides a light beam to an object. The optical member is disposed on a transmission path of the light beam reflected by the object. The image sensing member is disposed on a transmission path of the part of the light beam passing through the optical member, and the image sensing member has an image sensing area for receiving the part of the light beam passing through the optical member and receiving the part of the light beam not passing through the optical member. The computing member compares a difference between the deformation area and the non-deformation area of the object image so as to obtain a distance variation of the object.

    Abstract: A method for detecting motion information includes the following steps. First, a pixel array is provided for detecting an image of a measured object located in a first distance range or in a second distance range, and the pixel array includes a plurality of invisible image sensing pixels and a plurality of visible image sensing pixels. Then, image detection is conducted within the first distance range by using the invisible image sensing pixels to output a plurality of invisible images. Next, the image detection is conducted within the second distance range by using the visible image sensing pixels to output a plurality of visible images. Then, the plurality of invisible images and the plurality of visible images are analyzed by using a processing unit, so as to obtain motion information of the measured object. A pixel array for detecting motion information and an image sensor are also provided.

The light source emits light to at least one object directly and emits light to the at least one object via the reflector at the same time. Then the image sensor receives light reflected from the at least one object directly and light reflected via the reflector simultaneously to form a set of imaging objects which have similar color parameters on an image. Then the processing device produces a set of still image parameters of the image objects such as gravity centers and border boundaries. Based on the still image parameters, the processing device determines the coordinates of the least one object on the optical touch display.

    Abstract: This invention provides several touch input apparatuses and operating methods. One touch input apparatus includes two carbon nanotube (CNT) layers, a plurality of contact pads and a processing circuit. The CNTs of the two CNT layers are respectively disposed to two different arrangement directions. The contact pads are divided into two groups to electrically connect the edges of the two CNT layers respectively. Each group of the contact pads is arranged in a direction perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the corresponding carbon nanotubes. The processing circuit provides a comparison voltage to one group of the contact pads and reads out the voltages on the other contact pads. When one CNT layer receives an external force so that the forced position on one CNT layer is electrically connected to the other CNT layer, the processing circuit calculates the strength of the external force according to the readout voltage values.
