Abstract: The present invention provides a nonadhesive sphere cell culture container, system and method, which is performed by coating a gel film on the bottom of the culture container, and then by immersing the liquid medium containing cells on the gel film to cultivate cells as the sphere cells. Abundant cancer stem cells with sphere formation can be harvested by the invention with advantages of marked reduction of cost, time-saving (takes only 7-10 days for spheres formation), and without additional separation technique.

Abstract: A multi-nail hemorrhage occluder pin is disclosed for effectively securing to the presacral bleeding defect to stop the bleeding during a proctectomy by means of the application of a metal hemorrhage occluder pin applicator. The multi-nail hemorrhage occluder pin has a head, and nails respectively formed of a series of barbed portions and perpendicularly extended from one side of the head for holding a bone or spongiahaemostic. The metal hemorrhage occluder pin applicator has a holder block with a recessed portion for receiving the multi-nail hemorrhage occluder pin for installation.

Abstract: An anus insert for hemorrhoid treatment is disclosed to have a cylindrical projection for insertion into the anus, a disk-like head disposed at one end of the cylindrical projection for the holding of the user's hand to insert the cylindrical projection into the anus and defining with the cylindrical projection an enclosed space, and a non-toxic low freezing point fluid filled in the enclosed space. The anus insert is kept in a refrigerator to lower its temperature to or below the freezing point before use and washable for repeated use at home.
