    Abstract: A semiconductor device is described. An isolation region is disposed on the substrate. A plurality of channels extend through the isolation region from the substrate. The channels including an active channel and an inactive channel. A dummy fin is disposed on the isolation region and between the active channel and the inactive channel. An active gate is disposed over the active channel and the inactive channel, and contacts the isolation region. A dielectric material extends through the active gate and contacts a top of the dummy fin. The inactive channel is a closest inactive channel to the dielectric material. A long axis of the active channel extends in a first direction. A long axis of the active gate extends in a second direction. The active channel extends in a third direction from the substrate. The dielectric material is closer to the inactive channel than to the active channel.

    Abstract: A disc feeding apparatus comprises a supporting base, a pusher and an electric driving device. The pusher is driven by the electric driving device to back and forth, such that one edge of the disc is protruded out of the first protruding portion of the supporting base, and the other edge of the disc is limited by the avoiding groove of the second protruding portion and will be pushed by the pusher. Thereby, the disc will fall out of the disc feeding apparatus, thus finishing the feeding of the disc. The present invention can use the precise control electric driving device to cooperate with other structures. With the simplified structure design, the present invention can perform the disk feeding operation efficiently and precisely for a long tome.

The movable disc-loading piece is connected to the disc-loading frame by a pivot to form a disc-loading tray. When ejecting the disc, the movable disc-loading piece rotates downward about the pivot to allow the optical disc to fall by gravity without having to take the disc out of the disc-loading tray manually. Therefore, the automatic disc eject device can improve the disc-burning efficiency and speed, reduce the labor consumption and improve the productivity.

    Abstract: A disc-discharging apparatus comprises a supporting base, an annular pusher, a drive element and a disc storage base. The annular pusher can be moved to push one end of the disc to fall into a recess of the supporting base, and meanwhile the other end of the disc is limited by a limit groove. At this moment, the disc is in an inclined state and stuck in the space of the limit groove. After the annular pusher returns to its original position, the end of the disc, which is limited by the limit groove, will be pushed by annular pusher to fall into the recess of the supporting base, finally finishing a discharging operation.
