    Abstract: The invention belongs to the field of mineral flotation collector materials, and particularly discloses a method for preparing thionocarbamate. In the preparation process, xanthate and 2-haloethanol are esterified to obtain O-alkyl-S-hydroxyethyl xanthate, and then O-alkyl-S-hydroxyethyl xanthate and fatty amine are reacted to obtain a mixture of thionocarbamate and 2-mercaptoethanol. The mixture of thionocarbamate and 2-mercaptoethanol is washed with alkali, and the oil phase and water phase are separated. The oil phase and water phase are thionocarbamate and 2-hydroxyethylthiolate, respectively, and 2-mercaptoethanol is obtained by washing with an acid. 2-alkylthioethanol is obtained by reacting 2-hydroxyethanethiolate with alkyl halide, and then with carbon disulfide and alkali to prepare O-alkylthioethyl xanthate. Thionocarbamate, 2-mercaptoethanol and O-alkylthioethyl xanthate prepared by this method possess high yield and high purity.

A cutter passivation device and a blade cleaning and drying device are arranged on one side of the rail-guided robot. A blade-coating transfer table, a blade coating device, a blade boxing transfer table, a blade-tooling dismounting device and a blade boxing device are sequentially arranged on another side of the rail-guided robot. The blade-tooling dismounting device is arranged on one side of the blade boxing transfer table. The production line further includes squirrel-cage toolings for carrying the blades. The squirrel-cage tooling that are loaded with the blades can run among the cutter passivation device, the blade cleaning and drying device, the blade-coating transfer table and the blade boxing transfer table. The blades after being treated through the blade-tooling dismounting device are sent to the blade boxing device.

    Abstract: A non-invasive time domain reflection probe calibration method includes: using different volume ratio of ethanol and deionized water mixed solution to calculate a test target's medium weight coefficient and waveguide length of the non-invasive time domain reflection probes; using different concentrations of NaCl solutions to calibrate a waveguide geometric dimensioning of the non-invasive time domain reflection probes; preparing compacted soil samples with known different moisture contents and densities, and calibrating a correlation parameter of compacted soil samples' dielectric constant and conductivity with moisture content and density. The method not only determines the sensitivity of the test target medium of the non-invasive time domain reflection probes, but also obtains the waveguide length and geometric dimensioning of the probe, and realizes an accurate test of moisture content and density of the soil.

The first and second stop surfaces are in the rotation path of the light emitting surface. The photosensitive mechanism includes a photosensitive surface parallel to the first stop surface. When the light emitting surface resists against the first stop surface, the light emitting surface faces the photosensitive surface, and at least part of the incident surface is located outside the receiving groove. When the light emitting surface resists against the second stop surface, the incident surface is accommodated in the receiving groove.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for identifying modal parameters of engineering structures based on fast stochastic subspace identification, and relates to the field of structural modal parameters identification. The method includes the following steps: collecting responses; obtaining a unitary matrix by performing random projection on and QR decomposition of a matrix; obtaining a small matrix by projecting a Toeplitz matrix onto the unitary matrix; obtaining U, S, V matrices respectively by performing singular value decomposition of the small matrix; performing eigenvalue decomposition; and determining an order interval. According to the present disclosure, the small matrix is obtained through performing random projection on and QR decomposition of the traditional Toeplitz matrix, the dimensionality of the matrix by singular value decomposition is reduced and the computational efficiency of the matrix is improved.
