    Abstract: A rigid demolding forming device, comprising a forming cylinder (11), a dispersing box (12), a suction box (13) and a forming fabric (14), wherein the forming cylinder (11) has a rigid structure; the dispersing box (12) is arranged in the forming cylinder (11); the forming fabric (14) is externally arranged; and an absorbent material moves from inside to outside. The forming fabric (14) and the forming cylinder (11) are arranged separately, such that the forming fabric (14) can be cleaned conveniently, thereby preventing fabric holes from being blocked. In addition, the forming fabric (14) and other devices are no longer arranged in a forming hole (114), such that when a core body (15) needs to be removed from the forming hole (114) after same is formed in the forming hole (114), product defects or the waste of absorbent materials, which are caused by an electrostatic effect or a viscous force effect of devices such as the forming fabric (14), can be avoided.

    Abstract: A breast pad comprises, from bottom to top, an isolation layer (11, 21), an absorption layer (12, 22), a moisture permeable layer (13, 23), and a leakproof layer (14, 24) disposed on an upper surface of one end, an upper surface of two opposite ends, or an upper surface of a periphery of the moisture permeable layer (13, 23). An outer edge of the isolation layer (11, 21), an outer edge of the moisture permeable layer (13, 23), and an outer edge of the leakproof layer (14, 24) are bonded together by hot pressing to form a bonded edge (15, 25). The absorption layer (12, 22.) does not exist at the bonded edge (15, 25). A storage space is formed on the upper surfaces of the leakproof layer (14, 24) and the moisture permeable layer (13, 23). When overflowed breast milk flows down by gravity, the breast milk may directly enter the storage space through the moisture permeable layer (13, 23) and then be absorbed by the absorption layer (12, 22) rapidly, so that the milk leakage phenomenon does not occur.

    Abstract: A bra cup shaped breast cushion comprises a first impermeable membrane layer (1), a hygroscopic material layer (2), a nonwoven fabric layer (3) and a second impermeable membrane layer (4). The first impermeable membrane layer (1) adheres to the nonwoven fabric layer (3) to form a cavity. At least one set of elastic components (5) are placed at the adhering part between the first impermeable membrane layer (1) and the nonwoven fabric layer (3). The hygroscopic material layer (2) is located in the cavity. There is at least one notch (6) on the edge of the hygroscopic material layer (2). The second impermeable membrane layer (4) adheres to the nonwoven fabric layer (3) to form a pocket shape. The hygroscopic material layer (2) with the notch (6) is more easily formed into the shape of a bra cup under the tension force of the elastic components (5), so as to make the breast cushion fit the breast.
