    Abstract: A deep-sea anchoring device for gravity and anchor composite with a decelerating wing includes an anchoring base, a decelerating wing and an anchor body. The anchoring base provides an anchoring force by its own gravity, heavy pressure and friction with a sea floor. The decelerating wing includes a main decelerating wing, and a secondary decelerating wing that increases the cross-sectional area for diversion, so that a resistance is produced by water flowing through the main and secondary decelerating wings to reduce the falling speed of the anchoring base to a safe range, and prevent the anchoring base from being damaged by its collision with the sea floor. The anchor body is pivoted to the bottom of the anchoring base and anchored by being shoveled into a sea floor mainly consisting of gravels or deposited soil or abutted against rough rocks of a sea floor mainly consisting of rocks.

The torque from the pre-set trading torque and the torque from the motor are respectively connected to a hollow tube mounted to an axle via a first one-way transmission device and a second one-way transmission device. The two respective powers are transmitted to a chainwheel by the hollow tube. A torque detection unit us connected to the hollow tube and located between the first and second one-way transmission devices. The power from the motor and the treading torques from the two ends of the axle do not affect to each other. When the torque detection unit detects a torque that is higher than the pre-set trading torque, the motor is activated to provide power, and the detected torque is reduced to the pre-set torque.

    Abstract: A water generator assembly includes a water generator having two forwarding wings on the front end thereof and the forwarding wings are applied by current and generate a resistance force and a lifting force. The resistance force and the lifting force are combined as a composition force which has a forwarding component force in the X-axis to offset the drag force cause by the current applying to the water generator. A component force in Y-axis is offset by the forwarding wings. A balance wing is connected to the water generator to prevent the water generator from spinning about the X-axis. The water generator has a lifting wing to generate a lifting force to lift the water generator. A buoyant floats and indexes the water generator. A tail wing and two side wings keep the water generator facing the current and prevent the water generator from spinning about the Y-axis.

    Abstract: A blade speed adjustment device by automatic adjustment of the blade elevation angle of a windmill generator and includes a casing, a first shaft extending through the casing, a slide and a passive member. The slide has at least one centrifugal unit including two links which are respectively connected to the casing and the passive member which has a rack. A bevel gear set has a second shaft which is perpendicularly engaged with the rack and located corresponding to the first shaft. The bevel gear set has a first bevel gear. The second shaft has a second bevel gear located corresponding to the first bevel gear. The centrifugal force of the block increases to move the rack, the elevation angle of the blade can be adjusted via the bevel gear set to maintain the elevation angle of the blade not to exceed the critical angle during strong wind.

The pump unit is activated by speed difference between the speed-changing member and the transmission unit so as to rotate the transmission disk via the driving unit, and adjust the inclination angle of the blades to protect the blades and increase the efficiency of the wind turbine.

    Abstract: A fan includes a casing with a small inlet and a wide outlet. A blade unit includes a hub and a plurality of inclined blades extend radially from an outer periphery of the hub. The hub is located close to the inlet and the inclined blades extend toward the outlet. A positioning frame is connected to the casing and has a cone-shaped body. A cone-shaped gap is defined between an outer periphery of the cone-shaped body and an inner periphery of the casing. The cone-shaped body and the fan unit can be manufactured by molding and the motor is enclosed by the cone-shaped body so as to reduce the space that the fan occupies.
