A specific embodiment of the method comprises: in response to a creation instruction, presenting a display area for a new file indicated by the creation instruction, wherein the display area is used for displaying file content of the new file for a multi-media conference, and the file content is edited by a target having editing permissions; and updating, on the basis of an editing operation of the target having the editing permissions, the file content presented in the display area. Therefore, a new interaction mode for a multi-media conference is provided.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an information interaction method and apparatus, system and electronic device. The method comprises: receiving an interview instruction issued by a user to enter a preset interview; sending an interview request generated according to the interview instruction to a multimedia conferencing server to instruct the multimedia conferencing server to connect a terminal device to a predetermined web conference room, and determining a user identity of the user according to user information indicated by the interview request; in response to the user identity of the user being determined to be an interviewer, receiving first interview information that matches the interviewer identity as returned by the multimedia conferencing server; displaying a resume indicated by the resume information in a multimedia conferencing client of the terminal device. Thus, it is possible to view the resume of the candidate while holding an interview by means of multimedia conferencing.

Abstract: Compositions and methods are provided for simple, instrument-free and sensitive methods that enable rapid, point-of-care detection of nucleic acid molecules of interest. This is based on a surprising discovery that the relative efficiencies of amplification and CRISPR-based cleavage and detection can be tuned to favor amplification until sufficient amplified products are generated to enable detection. Example approaches include design of guide RNA and primers to target nonoptimal PAM sequences, or sequence-engineering Cas nucleases to reduce activities informing a ribonucleoprotein with the guide RNA or binding to or cleaving the substrate nucleic acid.

In the method, the sharing strategy for the file-for-sharing is based on based on the storage address of the file in response to the storage address being a cloud address.
