    Abstract: A light conducting plate and a back lighting device provided with the light conducting plate, in which the luminance in a light-outlet face is made uniform by disposing, on a reflecting face having a light-scattering region and the remainder region on the side near to and/or the side distant from a light-inlet end face to reduce the degree of scattering in the remainder region, or by surface-roughening the light-inlet end face to remove the dark line caused by imaging of the light-inlet end face.
