  • Publication number: 20240105667
Abstract: An aluminum wire with which, at the time of bonding a bonding wire for a power semiconductor, the wire is not detached from a wedge tool, and a long life is achieved in a power cycle test. The aluminum wire is made of an aluminum alloy having an aluminum purity of 99 mass % or more and contains, relative to a total amount of all elements of the aluminum alloy, a total of 0.01 mass % or more and 1 mass % or less of iron and silicon. In a lateral cross-section in a direction perpendicular to a wire axis of the aluminum wire, an orientation index of is 1 or more, an orientation index of is 1 or less, and an area ratio of precipitated particles is in a range of 0.02% or more to 2% or less.

  • Patent number: 5306047
Abstract: A booklet album is constructed by a booklet body consisting of a bundle of photographs sandwiched between front and rear cover sheets, and a narrow adhesive tape which is adhered to one side of the booklet body so as to form the back or spine cover of the booklet album. A photograph binding apparatus is provided with a pair of nipping members for nipping the booklet body, and a photograph receiving tray for supporting the lower end of the booklet body inserted between the nipping members. When pressing the adhesive tape onto the booklet body, the photograph receiving tray is retracted from the booklet body after the booklet body is tightly nipped by the nipping members, and instead, a stage supporting the adhesive tape is lifted toward the booklet body. The stage is as large as the adhesive tape, and has a plurality of ridges for inventively pressing the adhesive tape.

  • Patent number: 5026236
Abstract: In an apparatus for making a booklet or album formed of a plurality of photographs bound by a cover sheet, many photographs are inserted between a pair of nipping plates in an insertable situation and are held loosely in an upright state on a photograph receiving member. In the insertable situation, the receiving member is vibrated and the photographs are straightened at lower ends and one side edges. The straightened photographs are nipped by a pair of nipping plates from both sides and moved to a bonding position above an adhesive layer on the cover sheet. Thereafter, a pressure roller is rolled in the longitudinal direction of the adhesive layer to press the cover sheet upwardly in order to attach the lower ends of the phographs to the adhesive layer. This cover sheet is bent in a channel shape by a V-shaped groove formed on a bending block along a rim on each side of the photographs.

  • Patent number: 4404902
Abstract: The disclosed rotary duplicating mimeograph machine comprises an endless belt type rotating screen, a clamping and a stencil raising element disposed on the screen adjacent to each other, and a rectangular bit of cut stencil paper with a head somewhat thicker than its main body disposed on the screen by having the head clamped by the clamping element and engaged by the raising element. After the printing, a cam actuates the two elements to release the head and then raise the head. Two takeup pawls disposed in spaced relationship with the screen outside its opposite edges are operated to engage the head and wrap the stencil bit about the head. A stencil discharging element located between the pawls is turned to discharge the wrapped bit disengaged from the pawls to a receptacle disposed below it.
