  • Publication number: 20210207010
Abstract: [Problem] To provide a thermally expandable adhesive sheet which is tack-free in the state prior to use and exhibits high workability using a different means than that of related art. [Solution] The present invention provides a thermally expandable adhesive sheet (1) including: a substrate (3); two thermally expandable adhesive layers (5) each provided on either side of the substrate; and two adhesive permeable layers (7) each provided on a surface of the two adhesive layers, the adhesive permeable layers being permeable to the adhesive at the time of the thermal expansion of the adhesive. By heating the adhesive sheet, it is possible to expand the adhesive sheet while simultaneously allowing the adhesive to emerge on the outermost surface of the adhesive sheet.

  • Publication number: 20180262073
Abstract: An electrical insulating material is described herein. The electrical insulating material comprises an insulating core layer and at least one cured epoxy layer coated on a first major surface of the insulating core layer. In some aspects, the exemplary electrical insulating material can further include a second cured epoxy layer coated on a second major surface of the insulating core layer.

  • Publication number: 20100294558
Abstract: The present invention addresses the prevention of local entrapment of air between an electromagnetic interfere suppression sheet attached to an adherend and the adherend, and thereby achieve placement of the electromagnetic interference suppression layer at a constant distance from the adherend surface and obtain a uniform electromagnetic interference suppression effect across the entire attachment surface. There is provided an electromagnetic interference suppression sheet comprising an electromagnetic interference suppression layer that contains a soft magnetic powder and an organic binder, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having a structured surface with the side opposite the structured surface being laminated in contact with the electromagnetic interference suppression layer, wherein a continuous groove reaching to the outer perimeter of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed in the structured surface.

  • Patent number: 5685146
Abstract: A power steering apparatus of the present invention which includes a pump, a power cylinder, a control valve, an orifice arranged in a supply passage leading an operating fluid discharged from the pump to the control valve, a flow control valve, and a switching valve. A spring chamber of the flow control valve is connected to the supply passage downstream of the orifice, and is responsive to the pressure difference across the orifice for regulating the flow rate of an operating fluid to the control valve to an almost constant flow rate. The switching valve is actuated in response to the differential pressure across the orifice for switching the communication of the spring chamber between the downstream of the orifice and the reservoir. When the differential pressure across the orifice is relatively low, the switching valve brings the spring chamber into communication with the reservoir.
