    Abstract: Each binary carry logic circuit 20 of half adder circuits other than that for the least significant digit comprises a transfer gate 212 turned on when an input bit A2 is active and receiving a carry-in bit *C2 at its data input, and a transistor 23, turned on when the input bit A2 is inactive, connected between a power supply potential VDD and the data output of the transfer gate 212 a signal on which is a carry-out bit *C3. Transfer gates 212 to 214 of binary carry logic circuits other than that for the least significant digit are connected in chain, and are simultaneously on/off controlled by input bits A2 to A4, letting the carry-in bit *C2 from the least significant digit propagate through the transfer gate chain at a high speed.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for producing a glass doped with dispersed microcrystallites, which glass is used as a material for sharp cut filter, a material for infrared-transmitting filter, a nonlinear optical material, etc. In the process, high-melting semiconductor microcrystallites are precipitated at a temperature T.sub.1 which is lower than the sag point of a glass to be produced but not lower than the transition temperature of the glass, and then low-melting semiconductor microcrystallites are precipitated at a temperature T.sub.2 which is not higher than the flow point of the glass but not lower than the sag point of the glass to obtain a glass comprising a matrix and microcrystallites of semiconductor solid solution of multilayer structure dispersed in said matrix.

    Abstract: A multi-component glass doped with microparticles of CdS.sub.x Se.sub.y Te.sub.z, which can be used as a material for sharp cut filter, a material for infrared-transmitting filter or a nonlinear optical material. This glass has solved the problems of conventional glasses doped with microparticles, of (a) being low in microparticles concentration and accordingly having a low spectral characteristic when made into a thin filter and (b) being low in microparticles concentration and accordingly having low third-order nonlinearity, by containing microparticles at a high concentration, i.e. 5-50% by weight. The present invention relates to a process for producing the above multi-component glass doped with CdS.sub.x Se.sub.y Te.sub.z microparticles.

    Abstract: A tracked vehicle designed to allow easy dismounting, as for servicing, of a power train assembly comprising a torque converter, a transmission, and a steering mechanism detachably joined together. Having its input shaft coupled to the output shaft of an engine via a joint, the torque converter is supported on a pair of main vehicle frame members via a removable support member extending therebetween. The steering mechanism is mounted to the main frame members both detachably and for pivotal motion about the aligned axis of its pair of output shafts separably connected to respective retractable input shafts of final drives secured externally to the main frame members. Thus the power train assembly is either wholly dismountable from the vehicle frame or pivotable relative to the vehicle frame about the aligned output shafts of the steering mechanism for dismounting only the torque converter and the transmission.
