  • Publication number: 20130130877
Abstract: A paper box forming machine includes a machine body and a mandrel rotatably mounted around an axle of the machine body. A pressing device movable relative to the mandrel includes a frame having upper and lower portions and first and second side portions extending between the upper and lower portions. A tunnel extends from the first side portion through the second side portion and has a size larger than the mandrel. A pressing plate is provided to an inner side of each of the upper and lower portions and the first and second side portions. The pressing plates are actuatable to move relative to and in the frame to exert pressure on an outer periphery of the mandrel to make a paper box body from a corrugated paper layer wound around the outer periphery of the mandrel.

  • Patent number: 5189955
Abstract: The present invention relates to an automatic inking mechanism used on a common paperboard printing machine, it mainly comprises a framework reciprocatively movable on a pair of rack rails. Induction means disposed on the framework actuates a cylinder attached to the framework to move up and down an ink reservoir from which adequate amount of ink can be automatically applied to rollers of the printing machine for printing patterns at preset positions on a paperboard with even ink consistency and clear printed letters or patterns. Both the quality and efficiency of printing are largely improved.

  • Patent number: 5123318
Abstract: A paperboard cutting machine which includes a main unit, two locating tables separately at two sides of the main unit, and a movable template having cutter bearings fixed thereon. The movable template is allowed to reciprocally move over the two locating tables and therefore allows paperboard put on the cutter bearings to be pressed and but into desired pattern by two cylindrical rollers in the main unit. Different sizes of paperboards may be cut on such paperboard cutting machine in mass production while the machine can be operated much safer even by inexperienced workers.
