The first excitation beam is transmitted to one of the wavelength conversion regions to form a converted beam. The illumination beam includes the converted beam. A micro control unit is used to control the other one of the wavelength conversion wheel and the filter wheel to rotate according to the first position signal and the second position signal, so that the wavelength conversion wheel and the filter wheel rotate synchronously.
