Abstract: An extrusion forming apparatus includes a mold disposed in a front open end of an extruding channel of a housing, a holding seat disposed in front of the front open end and partially extending into the extruding channel to abut the mold, and a vibrating source connected to the housing in abutment with the holding seat and controllable to apply an ultrasonic energy to the mold through the holding seat. An extrusion forming method is carried out by the extrusion forming apparatus. An extruded product is made by the extrusion forming method using the extrusion forming apparatus.

Abstract: A continuous wire drawing apparatus includes: a wire releasing scrollbar and a wire collecting scrollbar being respectively a wire releasing end and a wire collecting end of a metal wire material; a wire drawing force control unit and a back force control unit providing a drawing force and a back force to the wire collecting end and the wire releasing end respectively; a heating unit disposed between the wire releasing end and the wire collecting end, and adapted to heat the metal wire material continuously at a heating temperature in a heating area, whereby the metal wire material is deformed by a strength difference between the drawing force and the back force; and a cooling unit disposed between the heating unit and the wire collecting end, and adapted to cool the metal wire material continuously at a cooling temperature in a cooling area.

Abstract: A roll-drawing machine adapted for an elongated material is provided. The roll-drawing machine includes at least one rolling module and a power source. The rolling module includes a mold frame, a pair of seats, and a pair of rollers. The seats are movably disposed in the mold frame. The rollers are freely pivoted in the seats respectively and move together with the seats. An end of the elongated material is connected to the power source to be drawn thereby, such that the elongated material passes between the rollers of the rolling module to rotate the rollers and be pressed by the rollers.

Abstract: A composite tube manufacturing method includes the following steps: providing a billet, wherein the billet includes an inner material and an outer material, and the inner material is enveloped in the outer material; heating the billet; pushing the billet to a to-be-extruded position; and performing an extrusion process, and extruding the billet to a composite tube, wherein the inner material and the outer material of the billet are respectively extruded to an inner tube and an outer tube of the composite tube, and the outer tube is bonded to the inner tube through the extrusion process.

Abstract: An aluminum extrusion composite member manufacturing method includes the steps of providing an extrusion mold; introducing at least one metal wire into the extrusion mold; and placing an aluminum material in a container and extruding the aluminum material into the extrusion mold to advance the at least one metal wire to form an aluminum extruded composite member containing the at least one metal wire therein.
