    Abstract: A conductor forming device includes a holder that holds a plurality of straight parts of a plurality of conductors while arranging the plurality of straight parts in parallel to each other, the plurality of straight parts forming a group of straight parts the plurality of conductors. The holder includes a fixed block on which a plurality of grooves each having a fixed side contract part capable of contacting with one end in width directions of the straight part are provided at equal intervals, a plurality of movable blocks that are disposed to be movable in the respective grooves on the fixed block and each have a movable side contact pars capable of contacting with an opposite end in the width directions of the straight part, and a driver capable of driving the movable blocks independently from each other.

    Abstract: Equipment for manufacturing a stator comprises a coil conduction mechanism which can supply a current to input terminals of a stator, and a heater mechanism having first and second panel heaters which are provided to face the stator. Heat is generated from a coil by supplying a current to the coil from the coil conduction mechanism and sealants filling the stator are heated. On the other hand, the first and second panel heaters are heated by supplying a current and the sealants are heated from the outside. The operation is controlled such that the heating temperature for the sealants by heat generated from the coil and the heating temperature for the sealants by the heater mechanism are uniform.

    Abstract: A nozzle unit includes first, second, and third nozzles for discharging a sealant, and is movable toward and away from a stator by a vertically moving unit. The stator is disposed in a position facing the nozzle unit and is angularly movable successively through given angles by a rotary unit. The first, second, and third nozzles are moved radially outwardly in synchronism with each other by a link mechanism, and then lowered by the vertically moving unit at a position facing a first filling groove or a second filling groove of the stator. The first, second, and third nozzles thus lowered introduce the sealant into the first filling groove or the second filling groove.
