    Abstract: A detachable carpet includes a carpet surface and an anti-slip mat. The carpet surface includes a surface layer and a bottom three-dimensional mesh fabric structure layer. The anti-slip mat includes a bottom anti-slip and water-repellent layer and an upper bonding layer, and the bonding layer is a single-sided fabric on which are arranged a plurality of polyester, polypropylene or nylon monofilament protrusions. The protrusions can be inserted into corresponding meshes of the three-dimensional mesh fabric structure layer. The bonding layer of the anti-slip mat of the present invention adopts a single-sided structure layer formed by cutting the middle of the three-dimensional mesh fabric structure layer, or a single-sided fabric that is made of at least 20 D monofilament and provided with protrusions. The 20 D-120 D polyester, polypropylene or nylon monofilament on the bonding layer forms thick and rigid protrusions with a certain stiffness.

    Abstract: A chenille carpet and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, using a chenille yarn for tufting a base fabric layer (2) to form a carpet layer (1) on one side of the base fabric layer (2), so as to prepare a carpet blank; S2, placing the carpet blank in step S1 into a ball rolling machine for heating, rolling, turning, steam softening treatment and natural cooling; and S3, subjecting the carpet prepared in step S2 to bottom covering processing. The preparation method has the advantages of low water consumption, low energy consumption, being time saving and being environmentally friendly, and the prepared chenille carpet has good fluffiness and fullness.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a flame-retardant bulky fiber without a flame retardant on a fully-drawn yarn (FDY) machine is provided. The flame-retardant bulky fiber is formed by winding a plurality of spiral yarns arranged in the same direction; and the yarns are polyester yarns with a fineness of 0.52 DPF to 80 DPF. The method includes the following steps: slicing and drying a polyester masterbatch; spinning through a spinning die, and cooling by side blowing; cooling and oiling; drawing by a first hot roller; drawing and shaping by a second hot roller; and winding. The present disclosure can manufacture a flame-retardant bulky fiber on an FDY machine, which has the same effect as drawn textured yarn (DTY) manufactured by a texturing machine. Moreover, without being added with any chemical flame retardant, the flame-retardant bulky fiber of the present disclosure can reach the flame-retardant standard of home textiles.
