    Abstract: Atomically dispersed platinum-group metal-free catalyst and method for synthesizing the same. According to one embodiment, the catalyst is made by a method in which, in a first step, a metal oxide/zeolitic imidazolate frameworks (ZIF) composite is formed by combining (i) nanoparticles of an oxide of at least one of iron, cobalt, nickel, manganese, and copper, (ii) a hydrated zinc salt, and (iii) an imidazole. Then, in a second step, the metal oxide/ZIF composite is thermally activated, i.e., carbonized, to form an M-N—C catalyst. Thereafter, the M-N—C catalyst may be mixed with a quantity of ammonium chloride, and then the M-N—C/NH4Cl mixture may be pyrolyzed. The foregoing NH4Cl treatment may improve the intrinsic activity of the catalyst. Then, a thin layer of nitrogen-doped carbon may be added to NH4Cl-treated M-N—C catalyst by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Such CVD treatment may improve the stability of the catalyst.

    Abstract: A composite solution for enhancing induced disease resistance of lentinan (LNT) to a plant, a preparation method of the composite solution, and a method for enhancing induced disease resistance of LNT to a plant are provided. The composite solution for enhancing induced disease resistance of LNT to a plant includes: an LNT-containing solution and an SPc-containing solution, where SPc is a dendritic macromolecule functionalized by an amino functional group, and has a structural formula shown in formula I, where n=1 to 100. An LNT/SPc complex is produced in the composite solution. SPc spontaneously combines with LNT through hydrogen bonding, such that an agglomerate structure formed by LNT in an aqueous solution is broken and reduced to a nano-scale particle size, and a spherical particle is produced, which can significantly reduce a contact angle of the LNT aqueous solution, and promote the distribution and diffusion of LNT.

At least one first faulty cell and at least one second faulty cell that are in the memory array store data corresponding to, respectively, first and second fields of a floating-point number. The selection circuit identifies the at least one first faulty cell and the at least one second faulty cell based on a priority of a cell replacement operation which indicates that a priority of the at least one first faulty cell is higher than that of the at least one second faulty cell. The selection circuit further outputs a fault address of the at least one first faulty cell to a redundancy analyzer circuit for replacing the at least one first faulty cell.

The method comprises the following steps: a) adding a polymer solution into a poor solvent, such that the polymer diffuses on the liquid level of the poor solvent, so as to obtain a polymer film, wherein the solvent in the polymer solution is dissolved in the poor solvent; b) curling the polymer film on the liquid level of the poor solvent by using a mold to obtain a bar; and c) removing the mold to obtain a tube.
