Abstract: A method for manufacturing a hand-tool head involves rolling an elongate blank comprising many hand-tool heads which are connected head-end T by head-end T and tail-end W by tail-end W, then cutting off the blank with length of the hand-tool head, thereby forming hand-tool heads. A rolling mill for continuously rolling the hand-tool head includes an upper roller and a lower roller on each of which a ring-shape cavity is provided respectively. Both rollers are provided with a driving gear and a driven gear. When the rollers are to be driven, they are driven to rotate in opposite directions at a same speed by the gears. A plate billet is drawn into a mould cavity consisting of the two ring-shape cavities by the two ring-shape cavities after feeding in via an inlet of the rolling mill, so as to produce an elongate blank comprising many hand-tool head connected head-end by head-end at an outlet of the rolling mill.

Abstract: This invention relates to an ax or hammer with firm connection including an ax or hammer head (1) and a grip (2). The ax or hammer head (1) has a fitting hole (11), the grip (2) has a fitting end (21). Characterized in that the outer surface of the fitting end (21) of said grip (2) has a longitudinal flute (23), the surface of the fitting hole (11) of the ax or hammer head (1) has a longitudinal convex arris (24), and after the fitting end (21) of the grip (2) is fitted into the mounting hole (11) of the body of the ax or hammer, the convex arris (24) is embedded into the flute (23). The ax or hammer with firm connection according to this invention has advantages of simple fitting process, firm fitting and high security in use.

Abstract: An axe or hammer includes axe head or hammer head with assembling blind hole and a handle, wherein the bottom part of the assembling blind hole is averted tapered shape, and. the part of the assembling blind hole, which is away from the bottom part of the assembling blind hole and is above the middle part and below the top part of the assembling blind hole, has a tubular shape. In the assembling blind hole there is an inverted wedge whose shape corresponds with the shape of the blind hole, the handle is tubular, whose front part for assembling locates between the blind hole and the inverted taper part of the wedge.
