  • Publication number: 20130192793
Abstract: A device for tempering a room includes at least one component that forms a thermal accumulator and has a surface oriented towards the room. Tubes that are thermally coupled to the component can be traversed by a heating or cooling medium. The tubes are integrated into a panel that contains expanded graphite or is made of expanded graphite. The panel is in areal thermal contact with the surface of the component that faces towards the room.

  • Publication number: 20130168040
Abstract: A ceiling or wall element for fixing to a ceiling or a wall is provided with a frame that has a base plate which can be fixed to the ceiling and/or to the wall. A heating or cooling register is arranged in or on the frame. A non-woven fabric and a perforated graphite film are disposed between the base plate of the frame and the heating or cooling register.

  • Publication number: 20130032750
Abstract: A graphite-containing plate contains a solidified mixture of substantially evenly distributed graphite particles and plastic particles. In the method, graphite particles and plastics particles are mixed to form a mixture of substantially uniform distribution. The mixture is subsequently solidified.

  • Patent number: 6641693
Abstract: A developable structural part, such as a component, includes at least one layer made from a resin-impregnated fabric (prepreg) and at least one layer made from wound threads, yarns, rovings or ribbons. At least one constant thread tension, but preferably a thread tension increasing from layer to layer, is applied during winding of the threads, yarns, rovings or ribbons. An outer ply is always formed of wound threads, yarns, rovings or ribbons. A process for producing the structural parts, a thermal insulation cylinder, a protective tube, a heating element, a stay pipe, a hot-press die and a thermal insulation element are also provided. The developable component or structural part can be obtained due to a combination of the application of fabric prepreg layers and windings made from threads, yarns, rovings or ribbons.
