  • Publication number: 20040267744
Abstract: Systems and methods for changing a data structure, which an application program in a computer system uses to access database systems, are provided. According to an exemplary method, an application program communicates with a first database system to store entries in a source table having a first data structure. The method further includes creating a destination table in the first database system, such that the destination table has a second data structure (different from the first data structure). The method further includes recording the type of change for those entries in the source table, which are changed when the application program communicates with the source table. The method further includes copying the destination table into a second database system (the second data structure being retained in a copy of the destination table). The method further includes copying the source table in the second database system (the first data structure being retained in a copy of the source table).

  • Patent number: 6782973
Abstract: The device for climbing a pair of ropes (1) includes releasable upper and lower clasps (4,6) for each rope that clamp in response to a downward force acting thereon but relieve when the downward force is relieved and connecting elements for holding a climber, including a seat (7, 12) or harness (23), Each releasable clasp (4,6) has a housing (21); a yoke (3) in the housing (21) provided with an interior space having beveled inclines widening downward; cotters (10) positioned on opposite sides of the rope (1) in the inner space; rollers (11) arranged movably, but securably, between the cotters (10) and the beveled inclines; a compression spring (20) bearing on an upper end of the yoke (3); and a time servo-component (9) arranged at a lower end of the yoke. The time servo-components (9) act on the yokes so that the clasps (4,6), when relieved, automatically clamp the ropes again after a predetermined time interval.

  • Publication number: 20040154866
Abstract: The device for climbing a pair of roses (1) includes upper and lower clasps (4,6) for clamping each rope and connecting elements for holding a climber. which include a movable or solid seat (7, 12) or harness (23). Each clasp (4,6) has a housing (21); a yoke (3) in the housing (21) provided with an interior space having beveled inclines widening downward; cotters (10) positioned on opposite sides of the rope (1) in the interior space; rollers (11) arranged movably, but securably, between the cotters (10) and the beveled inclines; a compression spring (20) bearing on an upper end of the yoke (3); and a resilient time servo-component (9) arranged at a lower end of the yoke. The resilient time servo-component (9) acts on the yoke so that the clasp (4,6), when relieved, automatically clamps the rope after a predetermined time interval, thus protecting the climber.

  • Publication number: 20040043113
Abstract: A food product containing instable additives, having a food compound consisting of a porous matrix which is provided with a substrate containing instable additives, obtainable by a process in which, in a first step, the matrix is exposed to a partial vacuum; in a second step, the substrate containing instable additives is applied, in a flowable form, to the matrix under the partial vacuum; and in a third step, the pressure is increased, so that the substrate is forced into the pores of the porous matrix and substantially fills them out.

  • Patent number: 6561815
Abstract: An electromechanical connector having a pair of detachably mateable contact mechanisms the housing of at least one of which includes an elastic wall to which is coupled at least one electrical contact which is either itself a magnetic member or which is coupled to a magnetic member. When the mechanisms are brought into mating proximity of one another, the magnetic member generates a force due to magnetic interaction with the other mechanism. The force causes the elastic wall to elastically yield, causing the contact to undergo an excursion into conducting relation with a corresponding contact of the other mechanism.

  • Publication number: 20030049355
Abstract: Process for the production of filled food hollow mouldings, in which each hollow moulding has at least one cavity, which is open to the environment and filled with a filling material solid at ambient temperature and having a cross-sectional dimension between approximately 0.25 mm2 and approximately 1 cm2, characterized in that in a first stage the hollow mouldings are coated at reduced pressure with the filling material, a filling material coating temperature being set in such a way that the filling material is flowable and in which in a second step the pressure is raised, so that the flowable coating material enters the cavities.

  • Publication number: 20010020570
Abstract: In a toggle bar link (100) for conveyor pans of conveyors or guideway pans of extraction machine guideways, with toggle bar sockets (1) arranged at the sides of the pans in whose socket cut-outs (3) a toggle bar can be inserted and retained by securing elements (4), both the toggle bar (2) and the securing elements (4) as well as the toggle bar sockets (1) are constructed intrinsically symmetrically and the toggle bar sockets (1) are arranged symmetrical to a plane of symmetry (S) running through the joint between the pans. Owing to the symmetrical construction of the individual parts they can not only be produced simply but also no orientation problems are posed in the assembly of the individual parts.

  • Patent number: 5938000
Abstract: A conveyor chute for chain scraper conveyors, in particular stope conveyors, having a bottom aperture provided in the conveyor bottom forming an inspection or repair aperture and closed by way of a closure panel during the conveying operation. The closure panel is guided in slot-shaped apertures of the two side profiles of the conveyor chute by way of their opposite panel edges and secured against displacement by a locking device. The two side profiles of the conveyor chute are each formed of two profile strips in superimposed array which are not interconnected to the conveyor bottom in the region of the bottom aperture. The two side profiles form the slot-shaped apertures in which the locking of the closure panel in the closed position takes place only on one of the two side profiles.

  • Patent number: 5658085
Abstract: Toggle securing device for toggle joints of conveyor pans for chain conveyors, guide pans of winning machinery guides and the like with a securing plate which secures the toggle in its receiving pocket, laterally overlaps it at the end, can be introduced from the side into a respective insertion pocket by its two ends and can be caught in one of the two superimposed insertion pockets by a plastic pin which passes through a receiving hole in one end region of the securing plate and penetrates a locking orifice in the associated insertion pocket. In order to provide a securing plate for toggle joints, which can be used for toggle joints of known designs, either using a fixing sleeve or using a plastic pin as a securing element, the securing plate has a drive-in hole for a fixing sleeve at its other end region and is designed in such a way that it can be caught on the locking orifice of the insertion pocket either by means of the plastic pin or by means of the fixing sleeve after being rotated through 180.
