Abstract: A fluid delivery device having a trigger actuated sprayer assembly for dispensing a liquid with features such as a bottle with a concavity, a clip around the bottle neck, a sprayer assembly with a bottle filling conduit and a translucent neck window on the sprayer assembly for viewing the bottle filling conduit. The fluid delivery system includes a bottle with a concavity in the side wall attached to a body. A pump in the body receives fluid from the bottle via a fluid inlet conduit and discharges the fluid from a fluid discharge conduit. Also provided is a kit including (i) a fluid delivery device with a bottle, and (ii) one or more fluid refill containers, wherein the bottle and the container(s) include matching indicia of the fluid such that the bottle is only filled from a container with the fluid indicated by the matching indicia.

The handle is configured for a single grip position and having a midpoint that coincides with a midpoint of a user's grip when the handle is gripped by a user. A first center of gravity coincident with a resting axis is substantially perpendicular to the bottom wall when the bottom wall is placed on a horizontal surface. A second center of gravity coincident with a carrying axis is substantially perpendicular to the grip axis when the container is carried by the handle.

The lever is connected to the ratchet arm and actuating the lever causes the ratchet arm to move into the actuated position to incrementally pivot the first jaw toward the second jaw.

The product includes a form-within-a-form design wherein the inner form or vase is able to store the chemical actives, as well as mount the reeds or other wicks. The outer vase complements the aesthetics of the inner vase while at the same time concealing the electronics of the device. The electronics of the device can include a power source, as well as a circuit board for driving LEDs mounted thereon. The LEDs can generate a light show which can be refracted and diffused through the glass or polymer material forming the inner and outer vases thereby creating an aesthetically pleasing and multi-sensory experience through the use of the product.

Abstract: A device for dispensing a sheet from a stack of sheets is disclosed. The device includes a holder for receiving a refill container including the stack of sheets. The holder includes a holder base wall and opposed holder side walls extending up from the holder base wall. The refill container includes a container base wall and opposed first and second container side walls extending up from the container base wall. A first flap extends inward from an end of the first container side wall, and a second flap extends inward from an end of the second container side wall. The first flap and the second flap are dimensioned to define a longitudinal dispensing slot of the container. At least one of the first flap and the second flap of the container can flex upward when a sheet is dispensed from the device. In one form, the sheets comprise a thin sponge material.

Abstract: A control circuit for color changing LED devices with volatile active emissions and hidden input jacks is disclosed. The circuit allows the device to use variously sized power adapters, and a plurality of colored LEDs positioned so as to emit a colored light show. The circuit also includes a volatile active dispenser to control volatile active emission rates. A hidden input jack is also disposed to provide additional power as required. Thus, the circuit provides the combination of illumination and/or ambient light, colored light shows, volatile active emission control, and combinations thereof, within a single standalone device.

The holder includes a holder base wall and opposed holder side walls extending up from the holder base wall. The refill container includes a container base wall and opposed first and second container side walls extending up from the container base wall. A first flap extends inward from an end of the first container side wall, and a second flap extends inward from an end of the second container side wall. The first flap and the second flap are dimensioned to define a longitudinal dispensing slot of the container. At least one of the first flap and the second flap of the container can flex upward when a sheet is dispensed from the device. In one form, the sheets comprise a thin sponge material.
