Abstract: A dispenser capsule for liquid or paste products comprising an element slng in a tubular envelope between an open raised position and a closed retracted position, via a maneuvering thruster for respectively disengaging or blocking a flow opening of the product contained in the receptacle on which the capsule is mounted. The capsule comprises a cowl which is adapted to be mounted on the neck of the receptacle and which is affixed to the envelope in which is slidably mounted a piston guided axially by the envelope and by a chimney also affixed to cowl, the chimney communicating by one end with the opening of neck of the receptacle, its other end having an opening which is reduced with respect to that of the neck and in communication with said flow opening when piston is in a raised open position. The piston comprises a top and a lateral wall forming the maneuvering thruster and wherein the envelope is provided with a recessed portion enabling access to the thruster for its activation.

Abstract: A vertical movement closing device for various containers is provided. The closing device includes a cap that covers at least partially the top of a body on which it is mounted in such a way as to be able to slide. The body is provided with a stirrup that is slidably mounted transversely with respect to its longitudinal axis. Cam forming means are disposed between the stirrup and cap for causing the axial displacement of the cap during the transverse displacement of the stirrup.

Abstract: The applicator device comprises an envelope with an opened base and a top formed with a neck and a squeezing member. The envelope is closed by a foot which is part of a container which is engaged and tightly fixed inside the envelope. The neck of the envelope receives a cap forming a stem prolongated by an applicator for a cosmetics product contained in the container.

Abstract: The cap comprises a casing rotatively mounted on a container with a groove being provided to prevent said casing from axially sliding. The casing is connected slidably to a bell which is itself connected by a helicoidal thread to a sheath mounted on the container. The bell is provided with a neck having a wall bordering an opening for containing a stopper connected to the container.

Abstract: The applicator case for lipstick and similar applications comprises a body defining a base forming a bottom. The base is extended by an envelope having a slot and forming a guide for a sheathe defining a protrusion extending through the slot of the envelope. The sheath has a length less than that of the envelope and forms an inner ring against which abuts the lipstick and similar applications.

Abstract: The closing device is provided for a container in which a cap is put in position on one end of the container forming a neck. The cap comprises an encasing portion for the container and a portion including opening and closing means. A membrane is sealed to a portion forming the neck of the container. A perforation member is placed in the vicinity of the membrane and provided for folding back this membrane toward walls of the neck. Means are arranged such that the perforation member can occupy a first position for which it cannot act on the membrane and at least a second position for which the membrane is broken and folded back.

Abstract: The container has a top part formed with at least one boss having a first side spaced apart from the outer surface of the container by a measure corresponding to the wall thickness of the cap and an other side which defines a ramp. An extreme edge of the boss is in turn spaced apart from the outer surface of the container by a measure which is equal to the wall thickness of the cap and defines a groove corresponding to a rib formed from the inner wall of the cap.

Abstract: The telescopic capsule for a tube or flask comprises a telescopic tube obturated by a top forming plate provided with a lateral aperture for passage, in an open position, of a product contained in the tube or flask. The telescopic tube slides in a ring or envelope of the tube or flask and the telescopic tube is rigidly connected to an operating push-piece movable in a guide and is provided with at least one stop protrusion for preventing an ejection of the telescopic tube.

Abstract: The neck of a flask has an upper portion with a thread adapted for cooperating with an internal thread of a cylindrical screw cap. The cap has a lower portion carrying a radial male key which bears on a lower portion of the neck of the flask when the cap is screwed onto said neck; at least two concentrical annuluses are held by an inner ring in a cylindrical groove of the flask, and also in a groove formed in an upper portion of the lower annulus for the mobile annulus. The two annuluses are each formed with a walled passage for disengagement of the radial male key when the cap is unscrewed from the neck of the flask. The screw cap and the concentrical annuluses each having a guiding mark for vertical alignment of the male key and the walled passages.

Abstract: The obturating device for tubes, flasks and the like containers of fluids, comprises a valve-cap with a plate, said plate having an upper part with a secondary component protruding at said upper part, blades protruding in middle of an outlet passage for the fluid in order to maintain the secondary component, said plate downwardly extending into a fitting skirt for a neck of the container. The fitting skirt comprises an outer periphery with two diametrically opposed notches with said valve-cap being associated with a casing which comprises a plate having a central hole and an outer fitting skirt with two symmetrically opposed orientating inner ramps. The ramps are used as a bearing member for the notches of the valve-cap.
