The inner tube has multiple ribs. Two ends of the spring respectively abut the main tube and the inner tube. The actuator is mounted between the main tube and the inner tube and pushes the ribs, such that the ribs are revolved and each rib is positioned alternately through the sliding slots and abutting the positioning protrusions of the main tube. A user can hold the press-on cosmetic container with one single hand to allow a sprayer of a bottle mounted in the cosmetic container to protrude outside or to be stored inside, which is convenient for use.

With the transmission, operating the cosmetic container is simple and convenient.
