    Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to augmented reality and more particularly to a system and method for providing and modulating haptic feedback. In one embodiment, a Haptic Feedback Device for providing and modulating haptic feedback is disclosed. The Haptic Feedback Device comprises a processor and a memory communicatively coupled to the processor. The memory stores processor instructions, which, on execution, causes the processor to receive a 3D Model of a product based on at least one of a visual representation and a textual description associated with the product. The processor further provides haptic feedback based on one or more 3D surface points associated with the 3D Model. The processor further modulates the haptic feedback based on a texture associated with the product, wherein the texture associated with the product is based on at least one of the visual representation and the textual description associated with the product.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and a virtual interviewing system for automatic assessment of a candidate. In one embodiment, the virtual interviewing system receives profile information associated with one or more candidates and job description details associated with the job. The profile information is processed to identify candidates having skills or expertise areas matching with the job description. The virtual interviewing system conducts interview to the candidates whose profiles are matching with the job description. A set of questions are provided to the candidates and the corresponding answers are evaluated based on predetermined answers stored in a knowledge base. An overall score is determined for each candidate and performance of the candidates is captured in an assessment report. Based on the assessment reports, one or more candidates are selected as qualifying candidates, thus reducing the human intervention in recruiting candidates for an enterprise or organization.

    Abstract: A method, non-transitory computer readable medium, and device that identify a best fit candidate for a job in an organization includes receiving company specific data and job specific data. A company profile and a job profile are created using the received company specific data and job specific data. Data pertaining to all candidates are obtained from the company and other external sources and used to fill a candidate profile for each of the candidates. A job influence score, company fitment score and a job fitment score is calculated for each candidate. A total candidate job score is calculated based on the calculated job influence score, company fitment score and the job fitment score. All the candidates are then ranked based on the calculated total candidate job score.
