  • Patent number: 5160953
Abstract: A camera system comprising an operation means for operating a film feeding part of a film cartridge. The operating means winds the film by feeding it out from the film cartridge, or it rewinds the film into the film cartridge. The camera system also has a drive force generating means for generating a drive force. The drive force is transmitted by both a first drive force transmitting means and a second drive force transmitting means. The first drive force transmitting means causes the operation means to drive the film in a winding direction. The second drive force transmitting means causes the film to be driven in the rewinding direction, where both drive forces are applied to the operation means.

  • Patent number: 5119119
Abstract: A data imprinting device of the type in which data are imprinted on the film surface during the time when the film is transported. The device includes a data exposure device positioned on the presser plate which presses the film against the film gate of the camera in fixedly secured relation at a location corresponding to the vicinity of the path of movement of the film and a prohibitor responsive to accidental interruption of the film transportation for prohibiting further imprinting of data until the next frame, which came across the data exposure making device at the time of the accidental interruption, is brought into alignment with the data exposure making means as the film transportaion has been re-started.

  • Patent number: 5077569
Abstract: A close-up photography device includes an intermediate device of extensible and retractable type adapted to be mounted on a camera body, and a lens barrel for close-up photography adapted to be mounted on the intermediate device and arranged to be able to vary at least a focal length for variable-magnification photography. The intermediate device has a first moving member arranged to move according to the amount of extension or retraction. The lens barrel has a second moving member arranged to move to vary the focal length. The first moving member and the second moving member are arranged to be interlocked with each other when the lens barrel is mounted on the intermediate device. An interlocking relation between the first moving member and the second moving member are set so that the focal length of the lens barrel is varied so as not to change a focusing state at an image forming position of the camera body by the extension or retraction of the intermediate device.
