Abstract: A method for preparing an intermediate by a reduced glutathione-indicated amino acid Maillard reaction is provided. The method includes a two-stage reaction at an increased temperature. A reduced glutathione is added after different times of a low-temperature reaction, and a subsequent Maillard reaction is effectively inhibited on a basis wherein a substance is interacted with an intermediate degradation product to reduce a formation of colored substances. Comparing with a browning of Maillard products after a high-temperature stage, a reaction time with a best color inhibition effect is found to be the optimal preparation condition of the intermediate, and the intermediate is prepared in an aqueous medium at a low temperature under this optimal preparation condition. The method uses the water soluble reduced glutathione as a tracer to improve a tracing accuracy comparing to cysteine.

A setting mode is entered; upon detection of a click operation on the touch screen, coordinate values are acquired corresponding to all contact points within a clicking region where the click operation is performed; all coordinate values resulted from the click operation are converted into a graphical code, using a preset encoding algorithm; and a key code is set for the graphical code; Further provided is a device for adding a click event with respect to a touch screen.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method and device for controlling permission of an application. The method includes: a trust level of an application is acquired according to signature information of the application, wherein the application includes at least one of the followings: an application to be downloaded, an application to be installed and an installed application; and controlling the permission of the application according to the trust level and a preset monitoring policy. Through the disclosure, the problem that a security system for controlling permission of an application is absent in the related art, posing a huge security risk to the mobile terminal due to the vague permission of the application when the mobile terminal downloads and runs an application or in other processes is solved, and a relatively secure and comprehensive method for monitoring the application permission is provided to improve the performance of the mobile terminal.
