Abstract: An apparatus for removing a clog from a drain consists of an elongated, flexible shaft member with a corkscrew or coil member with an integrated handle at one end and a scraper element at the other end. Inserting the scraper element end into a clogged drain and manually turning the handle allows the scraper element to scrape the materials causing the clog to be scraped from the inside of the drain while the corkscrew portion of the apparatus worms through the matter that is clogging the drain, and when the apparatus is pulled from the drain the clogging matter is held within the corkscrew member to capture the clogging matter or debris for easy removal.

Abstract: A customizable elastic band includes a means for coupling at least one secondary component thereto, the secondary component adapted to individualize the elastic band. In one aspect of the present invention, the elastic band includes a recess adapted to receive and hold the secondary component. In a further aspect of the present invention, the secondary component includes a printed message, a design, or a combination thereof. In a still further aspect of the present invention, the secondary component includes electronic circuitry. In a still further aspect of the present invention, the system including the elastic band and the secondary component are adapted to interact with a point of sale system.

Abstract: An apparatus for removing a foreign object, such as a rock, from a tire tread consists of an elongated, shaft member with a hook member on one end and an integrated handle at the other end with means to attach the apparatus to a key chain. Inserting the hooked end of the apparatus into a tire tread and manually maneuvering the hook under the foreign object and pulling outward on the handle allows the hook portion of the apparatus to remove the foreign object from a tire tread.

Abstract: A wine aerating device that can be inexpensively manufactured and produced that aerates wine leaving a wine container, such as a long neck bottle, by separating the flow of wine into multiple streams of wine that retain the individual streams, whereby each stream of wine increases the surface area of wine exposed to the atmosphere, without injecting air into the wine. The device of the present invention also produces an esthetically pleasing pour while at the same time aerating the liquid by the use of multiple bi-directional tubes formed in a stopper that do not inject air into the wine.

The wave engager has a wall shaped to allow water to flow freely thereby in one direction, but to operably engage water flowing from an opposite second direction thereby propelling the board in that opposite second direction. Disclosed embodiments include wave engagers formed of indentions and/or protrusions along the water engaging surface of the board. Preferably, a plurality of wave engagers are provided, and the height of each wave engager's wall increases the further it is positioned toward the front of the board. Wave engagers are preferably positioned on the lower surface and/or on the left and right sides of the board.
