A bound part is formed by binding to each other mutually adjacent end parts of the first portion and the second portions and extremity parts of expansive force transmission webbings having base portions fixed to a frame, the bound part being capable of breaking when an airbag is made to expand. A non-stretchable cloth member is disposed on a reverse side of specific outer skin portions, covering a front face of the bolster pad part, of the second portions.

Portions of the protector which are located between the two grab rail attaching seats and which are located at both sides of the bag attaching seat in the vehicle front-rear direction are provided with first cutout portions.
