  • Patent number: 10509525
Abstract: A touch panel includes a first sheet and a second sheet that are disposed opposing each other. A first conductive path and a second conductive path are formed facing each other on main surfaces of the first sheet and the second sheet, respectively. The second conductive path is spaced apart from the first conductive path when viewed in the normal direction of the first sheet. On the main surface of the second sheet, pressure-detecting conductive paths electrically connected to the second conductive path are arranged. The pressure-detecting conductive paths intersect the first conductive path as viewed in the normal direction. Structures are disposed on a second sheet main surface not opposing the first sheet, and cause flexing of the corresponding pressure-detecting conductive path to contact the first conductive path when pressed down.

  • Patent number: 9001163
Abstract: A method of driving an image display device including (A) an image display panel in which pixels each having first to fourth subpixels displaying first to third primary colors and fourth color, respectively are arranged in a two-dimensional matrix, and (B) a signal processor, in an i-th image display frame, in the signal processor, first to fourth subpixel output signals are obtained on the basis of at least first to fourth subpixel input signals and a corrected expansion coefficient ??i-0, and output to the first to fourth subpixels, respectively, the maximum value Vmax(S) of luminosity with saturation S in an HSV color space is obtained in the signal processor or stored in the signal processor, and in the i-th image display frame, in the signal processor, (a) saturation Si and luminosity Vi(S) in pixels are obtained, (b) an expansion coefficient ?i-0 is obtained, and (c) the corrected expansion coefficient ??i-0 is determined.

  • Patent number: 8836670
Abstract: An image processing apparatus which is allowed to achieve a higher speed of a labeling process than ever before is provided. Sequential scanning is performed on pixels in a picked-up image represented by binarized data Din. Moreover, during the sequential scanning, while label information representing an identification number for each connected region in the picked-up image is, as occasion arises, allocated to a target pixel based on values of pixel data of the target pixel and neighboring pixels thereof, additional information (position information and area information) for each connected region corresponding to each label information is updated as occasion arises. Thereby the label information, the position information and the area information about the whole picked-up image are obtained by one sequential scanning process.
