  • Patent number: 11682474
Abstract: A first set of user data is received and a user profile is constructed based on the user data and in accordance with a sensitive service involving the user. A situational context is analyzed based on the first set of data. Personalized questions are generated, responsive to the user profile and to the situational context. The personalized questions are presented to a user corresponding to the user data and responses to same are received, including detection of user micro-expressions. The responses are analyzed, according to one or more machine learning models. A neural network model selects an action to be performed in response to analyzing the responses from the user; the action is a sensitive service involving the user. An apparatus is triggered to send a simple message service (SMS) message to a point of care service professional; the message recommends performance of the sensitive service on the user.

  • Publication number: 20210339190
Abstract: A method for low hydrogen content separation from a natural gas mixture includes the following steps: a) providing a stream having hydrogen; b) transferring the stream having hydrogen of a) as an inlet stream to a first membrane unit for obtaining a retentate and a permeate, wherein the molar fraction of hydrogen in the permeate is higher that the molar fraction of hydrogen in the retentate, c) transferring the retentate to an electrochemical hydrogen compressor (EHC) for further hydrogen separation and purification.

  • Patent number: 11164980
Abstract: Approaches for silicon photonics integration are provided. A method includes: forming at least one encapsulating layer over and around a photodetector; thermally crystallizing the photodetector material after the forming the at least one encapsulating layer; and after the thermally crystallizing the photodetector material, forming a conformal sealing layer on the at least one encapsulating layer and over at least one device. The conformal sealing layer is configured to seal a crack in the at least one encapsulating layer. The photodetector and the at least one device are on a same substrate. The at least one device includes a complementary metal oxide semiconductor device or a passive photonics device.

  • Publication number: 20210211317
Abstract: A method of operating a computer system configured to managing a digital conference call including a virtual holding queue includes establishing, by the computer system, the digital conference call connecting a plurality of current attendees, determining and classifying in real-time a confidentiality status of data being exchanged by the current attendees through the digital conference call, profiling each of the current attendees, profiling at least one caller attempting to join the digital conference call, modifying at least one content restriction on the data being exchanged in response to the profiling of the current attendees and the at least one caller, and enforcing, by the computer system, an eligibility criteria for the at least one caller to join the digital conference call based on the confidentiality status of the data.
