    Abstract: A biological analysis system can include an excitation module and an emission module. The system adjusts the worst case slack value for a net based on the timing adjustment value for each load pin of the net. The adjustment of the worst case slack reduces pessimism of the worst case slack value.

According to the present invention, the SOD fusion peptide sequence is mutated to enhance the fermentation yield of the insulin glargine by 75%; and a “0 C peptide” strategy is adopted to reduce the quality loss and miscleavage impurities in the enzyme digestion transformation. The purity of the insulin glargine active pharmaceutical ingredient prepared in the present invention is up to 99.
