    Abstract: A method for preparing a supported olefin polymerization catalyst, comprising: step 1, activating a COF at 0° C.-800° C. for 0.1-48 hours under inert atmosphere or vacuum protection; optionally, step 2, reacting the activated COF with an auxiliary agent in a reaction medium at a temperature of 5° C.-120° C. under inert atmosphere or vacuum protection, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain a solid phase material, wherein the auxiliary agent is selected from a metal alkyl compound, boron halothane, an alkyl aluminum oxide, a modified methyl aluminoxane, a Lewis acid, and a Grignard reagent; and step 3, under inert atmosphere or vacuum protection, reacting the solid phase material with the olefin polymerization catalyst in a reaction medium at ?30° C.-150° C., performing solid-liquid separation, and collecting the solid phase material as the supported olefin polymerization catalyst.     Abstract: Applications of different configurations of novel glucagon peptide 1 with fatty acid modification or nonmodification in the treatment of T2D or the pancreas protection are provided. The dimer of the present disclosure is formed by two identical cysteine-containing GLP-1 monomers through a disulfide bond. The H-like GLP-1 homodimer (disulfide bond is inside chains) showed remarkable increase in hypoglycemic duration without reducing specific activity. The GLP-1 dimer provided has an in-vivo effective duration of up to 19 days, which significantly prolonged compared with that of the positive control drug Liraglutide with 3 days of effective duration, or thereby greatly promoting the technical advancement in long-acting GLP-1 drugs and facilitating their clinical applications and business. Meanwhile the U-like homodimer (disulfide bond is at the C-terminus) does not affect blood glucose, but can obviously protect pancreatic exocrine cells such as acini and ducts, and improve pancreas function.

Through the integration of self-adaptive dynamic routing protocol with various nodes of network, the source node broadcasts and sends a message containing destination node information, and the intermediate node searches the destination node information in its connection state sheet and returns to the source node or adds its node information into the message and sends to other intermediate nodes based on the searching results, the intermediate node will modify its routing list and open the routing transfer function. The source node and the destination node will configure their routing lists respectively with the gateway and corresponding network interfaces through which the network segment of other node is reached to establish a routing connection. The system can automatically configure the network, and greatly decrease its dependence on the central node, increasing stability and reliability.

    Abstract: The invention provides for Sorghum plants and plant parts developed through tissue culture, gene editing, or other methods of mutagenesis in which the plant or plant parts have increased tolerance to one or more acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC) herbicides at levels that would normally inhibit the growth of wild-type Sorghum plants. In this context, the Sorghum plant may be tolerant to any herbicide capable of inhibiting acetyl-CoA carboxylase enzyme activity. The present invention allows for the screening of ACC herbicide tolerant hybrids with markers or application of ACC inhibiting herbicides, and for the removal of unwanted vegetation with application of ACC inhibiting herbicides from seed and grain production fields.
